薄帶連鑄是把鋼水直接澆鑄成厚度為1~10mm的帶鋼,采用這種新技術生產帶鋼可以省去傳統的生產熱軋帶鋼(gang)的熱連軋機(或爐卷軋機),可以大大降能耗,減少污染,降低生產成本,從而實現最佳的經濟效益。


 薄(bo)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)的(de)原(yuan)理是鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)水通(tong)(tong)過中間(jian)(jian)包進入連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)機,該連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)機沒有結晶器,而是有兩根相對旋轉的(de)澆(jiao)(jiao)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)輥(gun),鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)水通(tong)(tong)過澆(jiao)(jiao)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)輥(gun)組成(cheng)彎月(yue)面開始(shi)凝固(gu),隨著(zhu)坯(pi)子(zi)通(tong)(tong)過輥(gun)縫間(jian)(jian)隙向下運動(dong),坯(pi)殼不斷長大,并使(shi)兩面坯(pi)殼完全熔合在一(yi)起形成(cheng)連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)續(xu)的(de)薄(bo)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang),從(cong)連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)機下方出來(lai)。盡管(guan)薄(bo)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)的(de)原(yuan)理比較簡(jian)單,但要(yao)(yao)(yao)將(jiang)其(qi)運用于工(gong)業(ye)生(sheng)產十(shi)分困難。近年來(lai)由(you)于在一(yi)些關(guan)鍵領域中的(de)技術(shu)突破,例如鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)水進入連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)機技術(shu)(主要(yao)(yao)(yao)在水口上(shang)作文章(zhang),減(jian)少鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)水擾動(dong),并使(shi)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)水沿輥(gun)身有效分布),初期凝固(gu)技術(shu)(解決表面質量(liang)),澆(jiao)(jiao)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)輥(gun)側(ce)封材料,輥(gun)子(zi)變形和耐(nai)火材料等,使(shi)薄(bo)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)技術(shu)逐步(bu)從(cong)中間(jian)(jian)試驗走(zou)向工(gong)業(ye)化(hua),目前(qian)世界上(shang)已有4臺工(gong)業(ye)化(hua)的(de)薄(bo)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)機,其(qi)主要(yao)(yao)(yao)參數見(jian)表4-4,相信(xin)在不遠的(de)將(jiang)來(lai)用薄(bo)板帶(dai)(dai)(dai)連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)技術(shu)生(sheng)產不銹鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)將(jiang)成(cheng)為現(xian)實(shi)。
