限動(dong)芯棒(bang)(bang)連軋管(guan)工藝被稱作“Retained mandrel mill”或“Multi-stand pipe mill”(簡(jian)稱MPM),前(qian)者是從(cong)芯棒(bang)(bang)運(yun)動(dong)受控這(zhe)一(yi)特(te)點出發的,故稱為“限動(dong)芯棒(bang)(bang)連軋管(guan)工藝”,后者是從(cong)Calmes 取名的“Multi-stand pilger mill”中“Pilger”變以“Pipe”演變而來(lai)的。由于(yu)這(zhe)一(yi)歷史原因(yin),這(zhe)種軋機(ji)簡(jian)稱為 MPM軋機(ji),而不是RMM.


  采用這種工藝軋管,連軋不銹鋼管外徑最大可達406mm(16英寸),最佳尺寸為339.3mm(13 3/8英寸)。該工藝的實質是:在整個軋制過程中,控制芯棒運動速度,使其保持恒定;借助于脫管機,在軋制過程結束時,將芯棒從荒管中抽出,使其與芯棒裝置一起返回。


1. MPM工(gong)藝設備特征


  a. MPM軋機的特征


    MPM軋機(ji)(ji)采用(yong)機(ji)(ji)械限(xian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)式芯(xin)棒(bang)速(su)度(du)控制(zhi)裝置,芯(xin)棒(bang)的(de)(de)快(kuai)速(su)動(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)(穿(chuan)心棒(bang)、抽芯(xin)棒(bang))及限(xian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)動(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)(軋制(zhi)時(shi)控制(zhi)芯(xin)棒(bang)速(su)度(du))靠(kao)36m長的(de)(de)大齒(chi)條來實(shi)現。快(kuai)速(su)動(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)由兩(liang)臺(tai)500kW直(zhi)流(liu)電機(ji)(ji)分(fen)別(bie)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)兩(liang)個(ge)齒(chi)輪,從(cong)齒(chi)條的(de)(de)上(shang)下(xia)(xia)側(ce)(ce)帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)齒(chi)條運動(dong)(dong)(dong)。限(xian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)動(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)時(shi),由8個(ge)齒(chi)輪(上(shang)下(xia)(xia)各4個(ge))從(cong)齒(chi)條的(de)(de)上(shang)下(xia)(xia)側(ce)(ce)帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)齒(chi)條運動(dong)(dong)(dong),每個(ge)齒(chi)輪均由1臺(tai)110kW直(zhi)流(liu)電機(ji)(ji)單(dan)獨傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)。芯(xin)棒(bang)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)方式的(de)(de)改變依(yi)靠(kao)氣動(dong)(dong)(dong)離合器(qi)分(fen)別(bie)接通(tong)或脫開相應的(de)(de)齒(chi)輪來實(shi)現。芯(xin)棒(bang)的(de)(de)快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)程速(su)度(du)為(wei)6m/s,限(xian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)速(su)度(du)為(wei)0.2~0.5m/s,限(xian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)工(gong)作(zuo)行(xing)程為(wei)5.0~5.2m.


   在(zai)Dalmine公司進行試(shi)驗時,芯棒(bang)的運(yun)動(dong)速度采用液(ye)(ye)壓控(kong)制。但因液(ye)(ye)壓系統控(kong)制芯棒(bang)速度不(bu)夠穩(wen)定,有芯棒(bang)斷續運(yun)動(dong)的情況,隨(sui)后改為齒輪齒條(tiao)傳動(dong)的機械(xie)系統。


   MPM的(de)軋(ya)輥孔型采(cai)用比(bi)普(pu)通連軋(ya)機開口角(jiao)稍小的(de)封閉式圓孔(帶(dai)弧形開口),可以采(cai)用較大的(de)伸(shen)長(chang)率。


 b. 脫管機的特(te)征(zheng)


   MPM的脫(tuo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)與(yu)二(er)輥式(shi)定(ding)徑機(ji)(ji)(ji)相(xiang)同(tong),由(you)于MPM主(zhu)軋機(ji)(ji)(ji)的第(di)七、八(ba)機(ji)(ji)(ji)架的壓下(xia)量很小,僅(jin)靠第(di)七、八(ba)機(ji)(ji)(ji)架軋輥的作用(yong)無法推(tui)送管(guan)(guan)(guan)子前進和使管(guan)(guan)(guan)子從芯棒前端脫(tuo)出,故在MPM工藝中(zhong)設置幾架脫(tuo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji),起(qi)脫(tuo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)和定(ding)徑的作用(yong)。脫(tuo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的軋輥直(zhi)徑為720~850mm,輥身(shen)長420mm,第(di)一、三(san)架由(you)1臺(tai)450kW的直(zhi)流(liu)電機(ji)(ji)(ji)驅動(dong),而第(di)二(er)架則單(dan)獨由(you)1臺(tai)同(tong)型號電機(ji)(ji)(ji)驅動(dong)。脫(tuo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)速度必須(xu)按連(lian)軋原則確(que)定(ding),并與(yu)MPM軋機(ji)(ji)(ji)的第(di)八(ba)機(ji)(ji)(ji)架保持電氣連(lian)鎖。脫(tuo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的減徑率為3.5%~4.6%,孔型與(yu)一般二(er)輥式(shi)定(ding)徑直(zhi)機(ji)(ji)(ji)相(xiang)同(tong)。


 c. MPM工藝的芯棒運動特征


   軋制過程中(zhong),要控(kong)制芯(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)的(de)速(su)(su)度,使其處于恒定(ding)狀(zhuang)態。雖然芯(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)也隨管(guan)子前進(jin),但其前進(jin)速(su)(su)度應遠小于管(guan)子的(de)速(su)(su)度,軋制結(jie)束后(hou)被抽出返回。軋制28m長的(de)管(guan)子時,芯(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)長度為(wei)12m.芯(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)為(wei)中(zhong)空水冷芯(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang),軋制結(jie)束后(hou),芯(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)溫度為(wei)400℃,需要采用內外(wai)噴水使之均勻冷卻。



2. 限動芯棒(bang)連軋管工(gong)藝技術(shu)發展的4個(ge)階段


  不銹(xiu)鋼管(guan)限動(dong)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)棒連軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)工藝的技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)發(fa)展(zhan)史應溯(su)自1890年(nian)(nian),Pfeiffer在(zai)一篇文章中寫道(dao):“1890年(nian)(nian)發(fa)明(ming)家Heckert 申請了(le)連軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)專利(li),該(gai)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)采用(yong)十架(jia)(jia)兩(liang)輥高速軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)固定芯(xin)(xin)(xin)棒軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)空心管(guan)坯。可(ke)見在(zai)Calmes 多機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)架(jia)(jia)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)問世前(qian)80年(nian)(nian),就已(yi)有(you)了(le)雛形(xing)。”1968年(nian)(nian)A.H.Calmes 取得了(le)MPM連軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)工藝的權利(li),10年(nian)(nian)后,第(di)一套MPM連軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)在(zai)Dalmine Bergamo 鋼管(guan)廠投(tou)產,到2003年(nian)(nian)12月天津無(wu)縫不銹(xiu)鋼管(guan)廠三輥式(shi)限動(dong)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)棒連軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)投(tou)產,已(yi)經歷(li)了(le)整整25年(nian)(nian)的時間(jian),和全浮動(dong)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)棒連軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)的發(fa)展(zhan)相比(bi),這種工藝技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)的發(fa)展(zhan)顯得快多了(le)。這25年(nian)(nian)的發(fa)展(zhan)歷(li)程可(ke)劃(hua)分為四(si)個階段(duan),如表22-3所示。
