1. 基本條(tiao)件及要求


  ①. 試件材(cai)質:15CrMo.


  ②. 試件尺寸及坡(po)口角度:如圖4-35所示(shi)。


  ③. 焊(han)(han)(han)接材料:E5503-B2(R302)或(huo)E5515-B2(R307),焊(han)(han)(han)條直徑Φ2.5mm,焊(han)(han)(han)條使用前要(yao)求烘干。


  ④. 焊機:ZX7-400S.

2. 試(shi)件清(qing)理(li)及(ji)裝配


  ①. 清除坡口及其(qi)兩側外表面(mian)20mm范圍內的油、銹及其(qi)他(ta)污物、直至露(lu)出金屬光(guang)澤。


  ②. 裝配(pei):采用(yong)兩(liang)點(dian)(dian)(dian)定(ding)(ding)位(wei)焊(han)(han)接固(gu)定(ding)(ding),點(dian)(dian)(dian)固(gu)點(dian)(dian)(dian)在時鐘2點(dian)(dian)(dian)與(yu)10點(dian)(dian)(dian)位(wei)置,所(suo)用(yong)材(cai)料與(yu)焊(han)(han)接試件時相同(tong),且(qie)點(dian)(dian)(dian)焊(han)(han)處(chu)的(de)(de)裝配(pei)間(jian)隙(xi)起焊(han)(han)處(chu)為(wei)(wei)2.0mm(另一邊(bian)間(jian)隙(xi)為(wei)(wei)3.0mm).焊(han)(han)點(dian)(dian)(dian)長度為(wei)(wei)10~15mm,要求焊(han)(han)透并不得有焊(han)(han)接缺陷,焊(han)(han)點(dian)(dian)(dian)兩(liang)端用(yong)砂(sha)輪機打磨(mo)出斜(xie)坡(po),以利于(yu)接頭(tou)。試件的(de)(de)錯邊(bian)量(liang)應不大于(yu)0.5mm,保證(zheng)管與(yu)管同(tong)心。將試件垂(chui)直固(gu)定(ding)(ding)于(yu)焊(han)(han)接架上(shang),接頭(tou)與(yu)操(cao)作(zuo)者視線相適(shi)應為(wei)(wei)宜。

4. 操(cao)作要點及注意(yi)事項(xiang)


  采用(yong)三層四道焊(han),可分(fen)前后兩個半圈進行施焊(han),也可整(zheng)圈進行施焊(han)。


 ①. 斷(duan)弧焊法(fa)打底焊


   引(yin)弧(hu)在(zai)(zai)時鐘6點前10mm的(de)位置坡口面(mian)的(de)一側上(shang)(shang)邊緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。然(ran)后(hou)把電弧(hu)移至(zhi)鈍(dun)邊間隙處(chu),當(dang)鈍(dun)邊熔(rong)(rong)化后(hou),焊(han)條(tiao)(tiao)向下(xia)壓(ya)一下(xia),當(dang)聽(ting)到“噗(pu)噗(pu)”聲后(hou),立即把電弧(hu)移至(zhi)坡口下(xia)邊緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)第一個熔(rong)(rong)池(chi)后(hou)再(zai)采用短弧(hu)以兩(liang)點擊(ji)穿(chuan)法,向坡口上(shang)(shang)邊緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)及下(xia)邊緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)根(gen)部分別給(gei)送(song)熔(rong)(rong)滴,依次(ci)循環。在(zai)(zai)施焊(han)過程中,要首先(xian)擊(ji)穿(chuan)坡口的(de)下(xia)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),再(zai)擊(ji)穿(chuan)坡口的(de)上(shang)(shang)邊緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),并使下(xia)熔(rong)(rong)孔在(zai)(zai)前、上(shang)(shang)熔(rong)(rong)孔在(zai)(zai)后(hou),坡口的(de)上(shang)(shang)、下(xia)邊緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)鈍(dun)邊處(chu)各(ge)要熔(rong)(rong)化1.5~2mm.弧(hu)柱(zhu)長度應透過內(nei)壁1/3左(zuo)右。焊(han)接打底層時的(de)焊(han)條(tiao)(tiao)水(shui)平方向角(jiao)度,如圖4-36所示。焊(han)條(tiao)(tiao)的(de)下(xia)傾(qing)角(jiao)為10°~15°,以控(kong)(kong)制熔(rong)(rong)渣(zha)和形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)熔(rong)(rong)池(chi),并盡可(ke)能將熔(rong)(rong)池(chi)形(xing)(xing)狀控(kong)(kong)制成(cheng)(cheng)為斜橢(tuo)圓(yuan)形(xing)(xing),避(bi)免出(chu)現凸圓(yuan)形(xing)(xing)焊(han)縫,因為凸圓(yuan)形(xing)(xing)焊(han)縫容(rong)易形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)層間夾渣(zha)及熔(rong)(rong)合(he)不良等(deng)缺陷。

  后(hou)半圈操作方(fang)法與前半圈相(xiang)同。


 ②. 連弧焊(han)(han)法打底焊(han)(han)


   在(zai)時(shi)鐘6點(dian)前10mm的(de)(de)位置,在(zai)坡(po)口(kou)(kou)一側下邊緣引弧(hu)(hu)(hu),向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)上做(zuo)斜(xie)橢(tuo)(tuo)圓形(xing)運(yun)(yun)(yun)條,向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)后(hou)的(de)(de)動作(zuo)要(yao)小,向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)上的(de)(de)動作(zuo)要(yao)大(da),并同時(shi)壓住(zhu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu),擊(ji)穿坡(po)口(kou)(kou)根部(bu)。當發出“噗噗”聲(sheng),形(xing)成熔孔后(hou),并觀察當坡(po)口(kou)(kou)上鈍邊被熔化(hua)1.5~2mm時(shi),再(zai)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)下方做(zuo)斜(xie)橢(tuo)(tuo)圓形(xing)運(yun)(yun)(yun)條。坡(po)口(kou)(kou)下鈍邊也(ye)要(yao)熔化(hua)1.5~2mm,弧(hu)(hu)(hu)柱長度要(yao)透過內(nei)壁1/2,收弧(hu)(hu)(hu)時(shi)應將電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)帶到坡(po)口(kou)(kou)上邊緣,向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)后(hou)方提起再(zai)熄弧(hu)(hu)(hu)。接(jie)頭時(shi),應在(zai)距焊道(dao)末端10~15mm處引弧(hu)(hu)(hu),并做(zuo)斜(xie)橢(tuo)(tuo)圓運(yun)(yun)(yun)條,當運(yun)(yun)(yun)到原熔池的(de)(de)1/2處時(shi),將電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)管內(nei)壓、擊(ji)穿,然(ran)后(hou)再(zai)以斜(xie)橢(tuo)(tuo)圓形(xing)運(yun)(yun)(yun)條法施(shi)焊。


 ③. 填(tian)充及蓋面焊(han)


   首先清(qing)理打底焊(han)(han)(han)的(de)熔渣,修平焊(han)(han)(han)縫的(de)凸處,焊(han)(han)(han)接第二(er)層及(ji)蓋面焊(han)(han)(han)時,要由(you)下向(xiang)上排列焊(han)(han)(han)接的(de)多道焊(han)(han)(han),采用直線運條法,焊(han)(han)(han)接時電(dian)流應略大一(yi)些,熔池形狀應盡可能控制(zhi)為斜(xie)橢圓形。如果(guo)運條時熔渣和液(ye)態金(jin)屬(shu)混合(he)在一(yi)起(qi),可將電(dian)弧略為拉長并(bing)向(xiang)后(與焊(han)(han)(han)接方向(xiang)相反)帶(dai)一(yi)下,熔渣就會被吹向(xiang)后方,與液(ye)態金(jin)屬(shu)分離,使熔池保持清(qing)晰,焊(han)(han)(han)縫平整。


   施焊(han)時(shi)(shi)焊(han)條(tiao)(tiao)的(de)(de)角(jiao)度,填充時(shi)(shi),焊(han)條(tiao)(tiao)要基本(ben)保持水平(ping)位置,焊(han)條(tiao)(tiao)與(yu)水平(ping)軸線成(cheng)90°夾(jia)角(jiao)。蓋面(mian)層時(shi)(shi),焊(han)條(tiao)(tiao)應與(yu)水平(ping)軸成(cheng)15°傾(qing)角(jiao)。下面(mian)的(de)(de)焊(han)縫焊(han)條(tiao)(tiao)向下傾(qing),上面(mian)的(de)(de)焊(han)縫焊(han)條(tiao)(tiao)向上傾(qing),如圖4-37所(suo)示。這(zhe)樣可防止產生咬邊,并有利于焊(han)道與(yu)母(mu)材(cai)金屬的(de)(de)圓(yuan)滑過渡。
