耐熱鑄鋼耐熱性能好、強度高、塑性較低、冷熱加工性能較差,只能鑄造成型或者說鑄造成型相對更經濟,再加上鑄造組織使得焊接變得更加困難。但由于鑄造構件的大小、形狀都受到限制,不得不進行焊接。


 耐(nai)熱(re)(re)鑄鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)主(zhu)要(yao)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)在(zai)高溫(wen)(wen)下(xia),須(xu)具有耐(nai)高溫(wen)(wen)性(xing)(xing)和耐(nai)高溫(wen)(wen)氧化性(xing)(xing)及耐(nai)冷熱(re)(re)疲勞(lao)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng),其焊(han)接材(cai)(cai)料(liao)也須(xu)具備與母(mu)材(cai)(cai)同等或(huo)(huo)更好的(de)上述性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng),同時(shi)(shi)還應有很(hen)好的(de)抗熱(re)(re)裂(lie)性(xing)(xing)。由(you)于在(zai)高溫(wen)(wen)下(xia)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong),一般要(yao)求耐(nai)熱(re)(re)鑄鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)的(de)焊(han)接材(cai)(cai)料(liao)盡可(ke)能(neng)(neng)化學成分與母(mu)材(cai)(cai)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)相(xiang)(xiang)當(dang),以減少冷熱(re)(re)循環產生更大應力,影響接頭(tou)的(de)疲勞(lao)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)。有時(shi)(shi),由(you)于焊(han)接熱(re)(re)裂(lie)紋的(de)原因,選(xuan)(xuan)擇與母(mu)材(cai)(cai)成分相(xiang)(xiang)似的(de)焊(han)接材(cai)(cai)料(liao)進行焊(han)接很(hen)困(kun)難,可(ke)以考慮選(xuan)(xuan)擇鎳基(ji)合金焊(han)接材(cai)(cai)料(liao)。當(dang)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)溫(wen)(wen)度相(xiang)(xiang)對(dui)低時(shi)(shi),或(huo)(huo)耐(nai)熱(re)(re)鑄鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)牌(pai)號(hao)相(xiang)(xiang)對(dui)低時(shi)(shi),可(ke)選(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)(yong)Ni182電(dian)焊(han)條(ENiCrFe-3)或(huo)(huo)Ni152電(dian)焊(han)條(ENiCrFe-2);當(dang)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)溫(wen)(wen)度相(xiang)(xiang)對(dui)高時(shi)(shi),或(huo)(huo)耐(nai)熱(re)(re)鑄鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)牌(pai)號(hao)相(xiang)(xiang)對(dui)高時(shi)(shi),可(ke)選(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)(yong)Ni625電(dian)焊(han)條(ENiCrMo-3)。
