美國不銹鋼管廠家成立于1910年,當時共有2套無縫軋管機,由曼氏穿孔機、聯合穿軋機、再加熱爐和精整機組組成。1913年增設張力減徑機,從而在1916~1920年這5年內生產冷拔不銹管坯而獲利甚豐,1920年開始改造,1923年聘用了Foren工程師,1931年接受了Foren建議開始制造并制成21機架軋管機,1932年投人試生產到1933年正式生產運行,1936年又對冷拔車間進行改造,1940年后轉向專業生產無縫不銹鋼管(guan)。
福(fu)倫(Foren)軋(ya)機是連(lian)(lian)續軋(ya)管(guan)機發展過程中(zhong)的(de)(de)一(yi)個(ge)重要的(de)(de)中(zhong)間軋(ya)機,是在(zai)美國進行(xing)正式生產的(de)(de)第一(yi)臺連(lian)(lian)續軋(ya)管(guan)機,機架X形,長芯(xin)棒插人穿孔(kong)坯與(yu)管(guan)子(zi)一(yi)起(qi)通(tong)過全(quan)部機架,即將(jiang)穿孔(kong)延伸(shen)成管(guan)子(zi)。福(fu)倫軋(ya)管(guan)機共有21個(ge)機架,由可變速(su)的(de)(de)電(dian)機單驅(qu)動(dong),按原設計(ji),延伸(shen)率可高(gao)達(da)7。
對(dui)連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)管機(ji)(ji)的(de)發展來說,福倫軋(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)的(de)意義在于:采用直流電機(ji)(ji)單獨傳動以代(dai)替(ti)組(zu)傳動,為連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)管機(ji)(ji)的(de)進一步發展奠定了新的(de)基礎(chu),由此連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)管機(ji)(ji)進入了一個新階段,人們把福倫軋(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)稱(cheng)為第二代(dai)連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)管機(ji)(ji)。
從連軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)機發(fa)展的全(quan)過程來看,福倫軋(ya)(ya)機是美(mei)國(guo)的第4臺連軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)機,世(shi)界范圍內的第11臺軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)機,可參(can)見表12-1所示。
1. Gary 不銹鋼管(guan)廠連軋管(guan)機組
第二次世界大戰后,Gary 不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)廠的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)無(wu)縫(feng)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)生(sheng)產(chan)設(she)備一(yi)直閑置不用。后來該(gai)廠利(li)用停產(chan)這一(yi)時(shi)機(ji)(ji)(ji),對1套(tao)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)進行(xing)了改造,安裝了連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji),并(bing)(bing)配以(yi)(yi)新的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)張(zhang)力(li)(li)減(jian)徑(jing)(jing)機(ji)(ji)(ji),這一(yi)新機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)采用了和(he)Lorain鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)廠進行(xing)試驗(yan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)相同機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)許(xu)多新工藝。在平面(mian)布置上也包括了三(san)輥(gun)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)。根(gen)據(ju)當時(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)報告,張(zhang)力(li)(li)減(jian)徑(jing)(jing)機(ji)(ji)(ji)尚未以(yi)(yi)全效(xiao)率軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),但已(yi)表明了它是(shi)能以(yi)(yi)低成本生(sheng)產(chan)質量好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu),配置這一(yi)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)或類似(si)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)是(shi)生(sheng)產(chan)小口徑(jing)(jing)熱(re)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)無(wu)縫(feng)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)最佳工藝。以(yi)(yi)全效(xiao)率運行(xing)時(shi),從張(zhang)減(jian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)出的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)速(su)度可達549m/min.Gary 廠連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)于(yu)1950年1月投(tou)產(chan),和(he)三(san)輥(gun)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)并(bing)(bing)聯布置,生(sheng)產(chan)外徑(jing)(jing)為25~89mm的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),薄壁管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)長(chang)度為13.7m,厚(hou)壁管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)長(chang)度為7.6m,機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)中所設(she)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)穿(chuan)(chuan)孔機(ji)(ji)(ji)是(shi)一(yi)般的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)曼內斯曼穿(chuan)(chuan)孔機(ji)(ji)(ji),根(gen)據(ju)所軋(ya)(ya)(ya)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)規格的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不同,穿(chuan)(chuan)孔坯可以(yi)(yi)送(song)(song)(song)到連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)上,也可以(yi)(yi)送(song)(song)(song)到三(san)輥(gun)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)上進行(xing)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)。連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)為8機(ji)(ji)(ji)架,脫棒后的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)經(jing)加熱(re)送(song)(song)(song)張(zhang)力(li)(li)減(jian)徑(jing)(jing)機(ji)(ji)(ji)減(jian)徑(jing)(jing),張(zhang)力(li)(li)減(jian)徑(jing)(jing)后的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)經(jing)冷床冷卻,然后用多臺冷鋸鋸成定(ding)尺長(chang)度,并(bing)(bing)送(song)(song)(song)去進行(xing)成品精整(zheng)。
2. Lorain 不(bu)銹鋼管(guan)廠連軋管(guan)機組
近代連(lian)續軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)技術(shu)的(de)(de)(de)發展是從(cong)1949年美國Lorain不銹鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)廠連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)投(tou)產開始(shi)的(de)(de)(de),Lorain 廠的(de)(de)(de)連(lian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)組采用ф140mm規格的(de)(de)(de)圓管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)坯(pi)(pi)來生產ф51~102mm的(de)(de)(de)水煤氣管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、油管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)和鍋(guo)爐管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),生產能力為(wei)1.8萬V月(yue)。管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)坯(pi)(pi)經加(jia)熱(re)、定(ding)心后(hou)(hou)去穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)機(ji),穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)機(ji)由1臺(tai)3310kW,225r/min,13800V的(de)(de)(de)同步電(dian)動機(ji)傳(chuan)動,減(jian)速機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)速比為(wei)2.25,軋(ya)(ya)輥直(zhi)徑(jing)為(wei)1070mm,輥身長(chang)610mm,喂入(ru)角固定(ding)為(wei)10°,軋(ya)(ya)輥線速度(du)約5.63m/s.ф146mm 穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)坯(pi)(pi)出口(kou)速度(du)為(wei)0.915m/s.穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)過(guo)程完畢后(hou)(hou),頂桿(gan)從(cong)穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)坯(pi)(pi)中抽出,隨(sui)即穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)坯(pi)(pi)被拔出,滾(gun)到(dao)定(ding)位輥道上(shang),在這里穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)坯(pi)(pi)被移送到(dao)與連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)入(ru)口(kou)端相(xiang)距一定(ding)距離(li)為(wei)止。此(ci)時,穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)坯(pi)(pi)被拔到(dao)穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)芯棒輥道上(shang),在此(ci)1根約19.2m長(chang)的(de)(de)(de)經過(guo)涂油的(de)(de)(de)芯棒插入(ru)穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)坯(pi)(pi),然(ran)后(hou)(hou)開始(shi)連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)過(guo)程,芯棒用低合金鋼(gang)制(zhi)造,每根芯棒可用2000~2500次(ci),然(ran)后(hou)(hou)重(zhong)車后(hou)(hou)再用。
連續軋(ya)(ya)管機(ji)為(wei)9機(ji)架(jia),機(ji)架(jia)中心距為(wei)1120mm.每個機(ji)架(jia)裝有(you)兩個直徑為(wei)660mm、輥身長(chang)228mm的軋(ya)(ya)輥,總容量為(wei)6250kW,由變流機(ji)組供電。
在連續軋管機(ji)上,穿(chuan)孔坯(pi)(pi)在芯棒上進(jin)行軋制;頭兩個機(ji)架(jia)(jia)對穿(chuan)孔坯(pi)(pi)減(jian)徑,使其內表面同芯棒相接觸(chu),在第(di)(di)34機(ji)架(jia)(jia)中得到較(jiao)大的減(jian)壁(bi)量;在第(di)(di)5、6機(ji)架(jia)(jia)中,管壁(bi)繼續減(jian)薄,但減(jian)壁(bi)量微小些;第(di)(di)7、8機(ji)架(jia)(jia)是輾光機(ji)架(jia)(jia);而第(di)(di)9機(ji)架(jia)(jia)則(ze)將橢圓(yuan)形的毛管軋圓(yuan)以便脫棒。
從連續軋(ya)管(guan)軋(ya)中軋(ya)出(chu)(chu)來(lai)以后,帶芯(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)的(de)(de)鋼管(guan)被橫移到脫(tuo)(tuo)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)機(ji)上。脫(tuo)(tuo)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)機(ji)的(de)(de)輥道(dao)是(shi)傳動的(de)(de),它可(ke)以將鋼管(guan)往回(hui)送,直到芯(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)的(de)(de)尾(wei)端被脫(tuo)(tuo)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)機(ji)的(de)(de)卡爪卡住,將芯(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)抽出(chu)(chu)來(lai),抽出(chu)(chu)來(lai)的(de)(de)芯(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)經(jing)輥道(dao)和臺架返(fan)回(hui)連軋(ya)管(guan)機(ji)前(qian)進行(xing)冷卻(que)、涂油以便再使(shi)用。鋼管(guan)經(jing)再加熱(re)后送到12架定徑機(ji)或12架減徑機(ji),軋(ya)制成熱(re)軋(ya)成品管(guan)。
美(mei)國不銹鋼管廠家(jia)的(de)張(zhang)(zhang)力減徑(jing)(jing)(jing)機為(wei)二輥(gun)式,12機架,機架中心(xin)距為(wei)368mm,每(mei)個機架由1臺(tai)147kW,850~1700r/min的(de)直(zhi)流電機傳動,軋(ya)(ya)輥(gun)直(zhi)徑(jing)(jing)(jing)為(wei)355mm,輥(gun)身長(chang)度(du)為(wei)178mm,軋(ya)(ya)輥(gun)材質為(wei)合(he)金鑄鐵,下輥(gun)不可(ke)(ke)調。張(zhang)(zhang)力減徑(jing)(jing)(jing)機的(de)出(chu)口速度(du)為(wei)3.7~7.4m/s,每(mei)架的(de)減徑(jing)(jing)(jing)量為(wei)10%~12%,減壁(bi)量可(ke)(ke)達20%.由于張(zhang)(zhang)減時可(ke)(ke)以控制壁(bi)厚,所以用一種(zhong)直(zhi)徑(jing)(jing)(jing)的(de)管子就可(ke)(ke)以得到(dao)多種(zhong)尺寸的(de)成品(pin)不銹鋼管,減徑(jing)(jing)(jing)后鋼管外(wai)徑(jing)(jing)(jing)范圍為(wei)50.8~76.2mm,最大長(chang)度(du)可(ke)(ke)達43.3m。
