合成塔筒體采用材料為321不銹鋼制作,板厚12mm,筒體直徑940mm,長9m.工作壓力1.76MPa,溫度≤530℃.筒體焊后要求焊縫總長25%進行X射線探傷檢測。
筒(tong)體(ti)縱(zong)縫、環縫的坡(po)口(kou)(kou)形(xing)式均為V形(xing),如(ru)圖(tu)5-4所示。坡(po)口(kou)(kou)用機械加工(gong)方法(fa)或(huo)用碳弧(hu)氣刨(bao)(bao)加工(gong),氣刨(bao)(bao)后的坡(po)口(kou)(kou)表面要清除熔(rong)渣,并打(da)磨光(guang)亮。筒(tong)體(ti)所有(you)縱(zong)、環縫的坡(po)口(kou)(kou)開在筒(tong)內(nei),鈍邊開在筒(tong)外(wai)。其(qi)優點(dian)是焊根在筒(tong)外(wai),便于碳弧(hu)氣刨(bao)(bao)進行清根操作(zuo),另外(wai),氣刨(bao)(bao)產生的熔(rong)渣不(bu)粘在筒(tong)體(ti)內(nei)壁(bi)上,保證筒(tong)體(ti)光(guang)潔,提(ti)高(gao)耐(nai)腐蝕性。
筒(tong)體(ti)成形后裝配定位(wei)焊(han),每隔200~250mm定位(wei)焊(han)25mm,定位(wei)焊(han)縫(feng)高(gao)度為4~5mm.施焊(han)順序(xu)如圖5-5所示。先在筒(tong)體(ti)內焊(han)第1和第2道(第1層),這(zhe)兩道焊(han)縫(feng)的(de)起焊(han)和終止端應相(xiang)反。
然后(hou)(hou)在筒外清(qing)根,再焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)第3和第4道(第2層)。同(tong)樣注意各道之間(jian)的焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)方(fang)向(xiang)要(yao)相反。這樣焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)波錯開避免(mian)夾渣(zha)。焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)條不要(yao)做橫向(xiang)擺動,對(dui)準中(zhong)心線焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)。清(qing)根時在筒外用(yong)碳弧氣刨進行,碳棒(bang)直徑8mm,電流250~300A,碳棒(bang)與焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)夾角45°,刨槽深(shen)度4mm,將第1層焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)道根部可能有(you)缺陷的金屬全部創除,刨后(hou)(hou)清(qing)理熔渣(zha)。第3、4層焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)道焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)完后(hou)(hou),最后(hou)(hou)在筒體(ti)內(nei)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)與腐蝕介質接(jie)觸的第5、6層焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)道。
環縫(feng)在筒體外部進行(xing)點固,點牢之(zhi)后將(jiang)筒體吊放在轉(zhuan)胎上,焊(han)(han)(han)工在筒內焊(han)(han)(han)接,轉(zhuan)胎轉(zhuan)動(dong)開關(guan)在面(mian)罩上,由焊(han)(han)(han)工自己(ji)控(kong)制(zhi)轉(zhuan)動(dong)速度,邊焊(han)(han)(han)邊轉(zhuan),保持平焊(han)(han)(han)位置,施(shi)焊(han)(han)(han)次序(xu)與縱縫(feng)要求相同。第1道焊(han)(han)(han)接時采(cai)用(yong)焊(han)(han)(han)條直徑4mm,焊(han)(han)(han)接電流(liu)120~140A.其他各道焊(han)(han)(han)接電流(liu)為(wei)130~150A.
