一、基本(ben)情況


  江蘇天(tian)淮鋼管有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)φ508mm(20in)PQF連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)管機組,是目前(qian)全球最(zui)大口徑的三輥式連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)管機組,2012年(nian)5月28日熱負荷試車成功。該機組由中冶(ye)京誠(cheng)工程技(ji)術有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)做工廠設計(ji),主軋(ya)(ya)線設備由德(de)國(guo)梅爾(er)公(gong)(gong)司(si)、意大利因(yin)西設計(ji)制造(zao),設計(ji)能力為年(nian)產無縫鋼管50萬噸(dun)。自(zi)投產半年(nian)時間里,生(sheng)產Φ377~508mm 規(gui)格鋼管共3.8萬噸(dun),產品質量優良(liang)。


二、產品規格和(he)主要(yao)品種

3. 工藝流程


  φ508mm PQF連(lian)軋管機(ji)組的工藝布置如(ru)圖6-16所示。

  工(gong)藝流程為:合(he)格管坯(pi)→鋸切(qie)→冷定(ding)心→環形爐加熱→高(gao)壓(ya)水除磷→穿(chuan)孔→吹(chui)硼砂(sha)→穿(chuan)芯棒→高(gao)壓(ya)水除鱗(lin)→F連軋→脫管→高(gao)壓(ya)水除鱗(lin)→定(ding)徑→冷卻→定(ding)尺鋸切(qie)→矯直(zhi)→吹(chui)吸灰→探(tan)傷→人工(gong)內外表面檢(jian)查(cha)→噴(pen)標→收集入庫。


  三(san)個變形(xing)主(zhu)機(ji)(ji)(ji)由(you)帶管坯預旋轉的錐形(xing)輥(gun)導(dao)板式(shi)穿孔機(ji)(ji)(ji)、5機(ji)(ji)(ji)架PQF限動芯棒連軋(ya)管機(ji)(ji)(ji)、12架單(dan)獨傳動的定(ding)(ding)徑(jing)(jing)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組成,三(san)大主(zhu)機(ji)(ji)(ji)本體(ti)設(she)(she)備都由(you)德國MEER公司(si)設(she)(she)計制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao),主(zhu)機(ji)(ji)(ji)設(she)(she)備前后(hou)臺連線設(she)(she)備由(you)中冶京(jing)誠工程技(ji)術有(you)限公司(si)設(she)(she)計,天津賽瑞機(ji)(ji)(ji)器制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)有(you)限公司(si)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)。φ508PQF機(ji)(ji)(ji)組采用更為完善的先(xian)進工藝(yi)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)-CARTA系(xi)統(tong)、嚴(yan)格(ge)的質量(liang)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)-QAS系(xi)統(tong)、物料跟蹤系(xi)統(tong)(MTS)以及在線檢測(ce)系(xi)統(tong)等工藝(yi)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)技(ji)術,從而確(que)保(bao)了熱軋(ya)大口徑(jing)(jing)無(wu)縫(feng)鋼管生產的工藝(yi)先(xian)進性及穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)性。


四(si)、主要工(gong)藝設備及性能(neng)特(te)點


  1. 環形加熱爐(lu)


  環形爐由LOI天(tian)(tian)(tian)津(jin)公(gong)司設計及制作(zuo)(zuo),為(wei)降低(di)成本,采(cai)用(yong)高爐煤氣和天(tian)(tian)(tian)然氣混合(he)氣作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)燃料。從裝(zhuang)料到(dao)出(chu)料共分(fen)7個加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)控制段(duan)(duan),其中第(di)1~2段(duan)(duan)為(wei)預熱(re)(re)(re)段(duan)(duan),第(di)3~5段(duan)(duan)為(wei)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)段(duan)(duan),第(di)6~7段(duan)(duan)為(wei)均熱(re)(re)(re)段(duan)(duan);其中預熱(re)(re)(re)2段(duan)(duan)和加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)段(duan)(duan)采(cai)用(yong)高爐煤氣蓄熱(re)(re)(re)燒嘴,均熱(re)(re)(re)段(duan)(duan)用(yong)頂置的天(tian)(tian)(tian)然氣平焰燒嘴均熱(re)(re)(re),環形爐采(cai)用(yong)全(quan)自動、先進、可靠的熱(re)(re)(re)工(gong)控制系統測量(liang)和控制爐子的熱(re)(re)(re)工(gong)過程,可根據不同(tong)工(gong)況準確匹配爐子供熱(re)(re)(re)量(liang),保(bao)證管坯(pi)按最(zui)佳(jia)的工(gong)藝曲線加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)和保(bao)溫。


 環形加熱爐(lu)主要參數包括:


   中徑:51m;


   爐(lu)底(di)寬度:5.4m;


   最大加熱長度:5.0m;


   最大坯重:7620kg;


   最大加熱能力:260t/h;


   最大(da)裝出料節奏(zou):90p/h。


 2. 錐形輥穿孔機


   該機組采用導板式錐形輥立式穿孔機,在18in PQF機組基礎上,穿孔輥直徑從1500mm增大到1700mm,電機功率從6500kW2臺增加到8200kW×2臺,提高穿孔機的變形能力,減少連軋機的變形負荷;采用導板式主要目的是穿孔機孔型封閉性好、毛管壁厚精度高,減少了導盤傳動系統,減小了牌坊的尺寸,降低了設備投資。


  由于本(ben)機組(zu)采用的管(guan)坯直徑(Φ310mm、ф380mm、Φ450mm、φ500mm)比18in機組(zu)管(guan)坯直徑大,管(guan)坯重量(liang)也大,為(wei)方便管(guan)坯咬入(ru),防止前(qian)卡(ka)事故,在(zai)前(qian)臺設置了管(guan)坯預旋轉裝置,見圖6-17,大管(guan)坯在(zai)推(tui)鋼機推(tui)入(ru)軋輥前(qian)在(zai)預旋轉的驅動下旋轉起來,這樣(yang)很大程度改善了咬入(ru)條件,減少(shao)了事故,提高了軋輥壽命。

  該穿(chuan)孔(kong)機后(hou)臺一段有6組三輥定心裝置,后(hou)臺二段的頂(ding)桿(gan)采用(yong)(yong)在(zai)線(xian)小車上下料、頂(ding)頭(tou)采用(yong)(yong)內部(bu)循環(huan)水冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)加外部(bu)氣(qi)霧冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)方式(shi),當頂(ding)頭(tou)穿(chuan)廢時(shi)隨頂(ding)桿(gan)一起更換(huan),見圖6-18所示。頂(ding)桿(gan)上料后(hou)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)水可直(zhi)接循環(huan)到頂(ding)頭(tou)工作段的內腔,在(zai)軋(ya)制及間歇(xie)不(bu)管頂(ding)桿(gan)在(zai)什么位(wei)(wei)置,都能通過(guo)內部(bu)循環(huan)水對(dui)頂(ding)頭(tou)快速冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que);在(zai)軋(ya)制間歇(xie)時(shi)頂(ding)桿(gan)回退到基位(wei)(wei)后(hou),進(jin)入有外部(bu)氣(qi)霧冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)箱(xiang)對(dui)頂(ding)頭(tou)進(jin)行外部(bu)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que),氣(qi)霧冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)箱(xiang)中(zhong)的15道水環(huan)分4組控(kong)制,從圓周方向分別對(dui)頂(ding)頭(tou)不(bu)同部(bu)位(wei)(wei)分別控(kong)制時(shi)間控(kong)制水量(liang)來冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que),從而保證了頂(ding)頭(tou)工作段良(liang)好的冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)效果(guo)。

  在以(yi)前18英寸(cun)PQF機組基礎(chu)上(shang)頂頭冷卻(que)形式(shi)做了(le)很大改(gai)進,見圖(tu)6-19(其中,圖(tu)6-19為(wei)本機組頂頭結構(gou),圖(tu)6-19(b)為(wei)原18in頂頭結構(gou)),頂頭由原來的(de)實心(xin)體改(gai)為(wei)空腔(qiang)(qiang)體,以(yi)至(zhi)于內(nei)部冷卻(que)水能一(yi)直貫(guan)通整個頂頭的(de)內(nei)腔(qiang)(qiang),使(shi)頂頭的(de)尖(jian)端(duan)及工(gong)作段能得到徹底冷卻(que),從(cong)而延長了(le)頂頭壽(shou)命。

  本機組的毛(mao)管(guan)橫移采(cai)用可伸縮的大擺(bai)臂移送到硼砂(sha)工位,吹完硼砂(sha)后由(you)帶擺(bai)動撥叉地面小(xiao)車將毛(mao)管(guan)移送到PQF連軋機前臺。


  穿(chuan)孔(kong)機主要參數包括:


   最大/最小軋(ya)輥直徑:1700mm/1550mm;


   最大出口速度:0.8m/s;


   最大軋制力(li)矩(ju):3165kN·m;


   主電機功率:8200kW×2臺;


   主電機(ji)最大轉速:354r/min;


   氣霧冷卻系統:水(shui)壓(ya)0.5~0.7MPa;氣壓(ya)0.4~0.5MIPa。


 3. PQF連軋管機


  本(ben)機組PQF連軋管機為5機架的(de)(de)軸向(xiang)換輥(gun)連軋管機見圖6-20,優點是隧(sui)道式筒形(xing)(xing)牌坊剛(gang)度(du)(du)及強度(du)(du)好,傳動布置緊湊,軋制穩(wen)定性好。每架軋機的(de)(de)三個互(hu)成120°的(de)(de)軋輥(gun)安裝(zhuang)在獨立的(de)(de)軋制單元一(yi)軋輥(gun)小(xiao)機架內,安裝(zhuang)在隧(sui)道上的(de)(de)伺服液壓小(xiao)倉,可(ke)以對軋輥(gun)輥(gun)縫進行(xing)同(tong)步調(diao)整也可(ke)以單獨調(diao)整,即采用(yong)了(le)輥(gun)縫自動控制系(xi)統(HCCS),從而保(bao)證了(le)軋制質量,另(ling)外,該連軋管機在生產(chan)過(guo)程中采用(yong)了(le)工藝過(guo)程控制系(xi)統(PSS),實(shi)現了(le)溫度(du)(du)補償(chang)、咬(yao)入沖擊控制、錐形(xing)(xing)芯(xin)棒伺服和(he)頭(tou)尾(wei)削尖等功(gong)能。


  由(you)于該機組軋制(zhi)節奏較慢(最快40s/支(zhi)),只有在線(xian)(xian)穿芯(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)方式(shi),不設預(yu)穿線(xian)(xian),減少(shao)了(le)(le)芯(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)在線(xian)(xian)數量,減少(shao)了(le)(le)芯(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)與毛管接觸(chu)時間(jian),減少(shao)了(le)(le)毛管的溫降,提(ti)高(gao)了(le)(le)芯(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)壽命,節省(sheng)了(le)(le)設備(bei)投資(zi)。

 連軋機主要(yao)參(can)數包括:


   荒管外徑:ф294mm,φ383mm,φ454mm,φ530mm;


   軋(ya)輥直徑:φ1060~1130mm;


   最大入口速度(du):1.5m/s;


   最大出口速度:4.0m/s;


   最大軋制力:620kN;


   最大軋(ya)制力矩:250kN·m;


   電機(ji)功率:1~4號(hao)機(ji)架各3×1000kW,5機(ji)架為3×500kW;


   限動力:2900kN;


   限動電機功率(lv):500kW×6臺;


   限動最大前(qian)進速(su)度:2.5m/s;


   限動最(zui)大返回速度:4.5m/s;


   軋制中限(xian)動速(su)度:1.5m/s。


 4. 定徑機(ji)


   采用(yong)12架(jia)三輥式(shi)定徑機(ji)(ji)(ji),見(jian)圖6-21,每架(jia)都(dou)有一臺電機(ji)(ji)(ji)驅動(dong)(dong),機(ji)(ji)(ji)架(jia)采用(yong)傘齒輪內傳動(dong)(dong)結構,在(zai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)架(jia)外(wai)有一根傳動(dong)(dong)軸通過(guo)聯軸器與12架(jia)組合(he)式(shi)的減速(su)器相連接,奇偶架(jia)的電機(ji)(ji)(ji)前后排(pai)上(shang)下(xia)兩層排(pai)列(lie),整(zheng)個定徑機(ji)(ji)(ji)布置(zhi)緊湊(cou)。該機(ji)(ji)(ji)組在(zai)定徑機(ji)(ji)(ji)前設置(zhi)了高(gao)壓水除(chu)鱗裝置(zhi),提高(gao)鋼管(guan)的外(wai)表面質量,延長(chang)軋(ya)輥壽命。

定(ding)徑機主要參數包括:


  軋輥(gun)名義直徑:φ1000mm;


  機架間距:880mm;


  入口(kou)鋼管速度:0.8~1.5m/s;


  出口鋼管速度(du):0.85~2.0m/s;


  電(dian)機功率:350kW×12臺;


  電機轉速(su):200~600/1200r/min。



五、機組工(gong)藝控制系(xi)統(tong)和質量保(bao)證系(xi)統(tong)


   PQF三輥連軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組數(shu)(shu)量的(de)不斷(duan)(duan)增多,使得PQF連軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)工藝控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)和質(zhi)量保證系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)不斷(duan)(duan)提高(gao)完善(shan),從而(er)保證了(le)更好的(de)產品質(zhi)量,更高(gao)的(de)成材率(lv)和設備(bei)利(li)用(yong)率(lv)以(yi)及較(jiao)低(di)的(de)工具消耗。整(zheng)個(ge)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組的(de)過程管(guan)理(li)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)包括(kuo)通常所說(shuo)的(de)MTS系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、HCCS系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、PSS系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)等在內的(de)CARTA系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)以(yi)及QAS系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)兩(liang)大部(bu)分(fen)組成。整(zheng)個(ge)熱(re)軋(ya)(ya)線的(de)CARTA系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)是(shi)用(yong)來生(sheng)產計(ji)劃及生(sheng)產管(guan)理(li)的(de)工藝控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),由穿孔機(ji)(ji)(ji)CARTA系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、PQF軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)CARTA系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)及定(ding)徑機(ji)(ji)(ji)CARTA系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)三部(bu)分(fen)組成,其中PQF軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)CARTA是(shi)核心部(bu)分(fen),穿孔機(ji)(ji)(ji)CARTA系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)主要是(shi)工藝參數(shu)(shu)設定(ding)、頂頭導板軋(ya)(ya)輥等軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)工具設計(ji)等內容;張減(jian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)CARTA系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)主要是(shi)孔型設計(ji)、工藝參數(shu)(shu)設定(ding)等內容。QAS系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)是(shi)用(yong)于(yu)熱(re)軋(ya)(ya)線質(zhi)量控制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)檢測(ce)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)。



六、在線檢測質(zhi)量保(bao)證系統QAS


   QAS是一個在線獨立工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)站,通過對物料(liao)的(de)(de)(de)跟蹤檢測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce),對數據進行收集分(fen)析和存儲,并將分(fen)析的(de)(de)(de)結果及(ji)時反(fan)饋給CARTA系統以(yi)(yi)實(shi)施對物料(liao)的(de)(de)(de)控制(zhi),保(bao)證鋼(gang)管(guan)質量。QAS檢測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)的(de)(de)(de)具體(ti)內容包括:管(guan)坯稱(cheng)重以(yi)(yi)控制(zhi)坯料(liao)超重,實(shi)現坯料(liao)跟蹤;環(huan)形(xing)爐出口測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)溫(wen)(wen)以(yi)(yi)優化管(guan)坯加熱,滿(man)足(zu)穿(chuan)孔及(ji)連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu),確(que)(que)(que)保(bao)鋼(gang)管(guan)質量;穿(chuan)孔后(hou)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)長以(yi)(yi)控制(zhi)毛管(guan)幾何尺寸,確(que)(que)(que)保(bao)連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)咬入及(ji)軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)穩(wen)定(ding);芯(xin)棒(bang)潤(run)滑前測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)溫(wen)(wen)以(yi)(yi)滿(man)足(zu)芯(xin)棒(bang)噴涂潤(run)滑劑(ji)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu),確(que)(que)(que)保(bao)鋼(gang)管(guan)內表面質量和芯(xin)棒(bang)使(shi)用(yong)壽(shou)命;連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)人口測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)溫(wen)(wen)以(yi)(yi)控制(zhi)毛管(guan)溫(wen)(wen)度確(que)(que)(que)保(bao)軋(ya)(ya)機(ji)正常咬入及(ji)軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)穩(wen)定(ding)性;連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)后(hou)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)厚測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)長測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)溫(wen)(wen)以(yi)(yi)控制(zhi)連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)出口荒(huang)管(guan)幾何尺寸,確(que)(que)(que)保(bao)荒(huang)管(guan)壁厚精(jing)度;定(ding)徑(jing)前測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)溫(wen)(wen)以(yi)(yi)控制(zhi)荒(huang)管(guan)溫(wen)(wen)度,確(que)(que)(que)保(bao)定(ding)徑(jing)軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)穩(wen)定(ding)性。


七、機(ji)組特(te)點


 1. 增大管坯(pi)直徑,降低穿孔的擴(kuo)徑率,提高毛管的幾何尺寸精(jing)度


    與(yu)相近機(ji)(ji)組相比(如表6-11所示),該機(ji)(ji)組增大(da)管坯直(zhi)徑(jing)的意義在于:對于環(huan)形爐(lu),大(da)口徑(jing)厚壁(bi)管生產時降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)了(le)坯料(liao)的長度,設計中(zhong)(zhong)減少(shao)了(le)環(huan)形爐(lu)的中(zhong)(zhong)徑(jing),在環(huan)形爐(lu)建設中(zhong)(zhong)減少(shao)了(le)近5%投(tou)資(zi);對于穿(chuan)孔機(ji)(ji)而言,管坯外徑(jing)增大(da)了(le),但毛管的幾何(he)尺寸和同類機(ji)(ji)組一樣(yang),這樣(yang)毛管的擴徑(jing)率降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)了(le)近10%,在穿(chuan)孔斜(xie)軋(ya)過程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong),大(da)大(da)降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)了(le)軋(ya)件(jian)的橫向(xiang)變(bian)形,能很好抑(yi)制穿(chuan)孔的附(fu)加(jia)變(bian)形程(cheng)度,提高毛管的幾何(he)尺寸精度。


 2. 穿孔機采用新(xin)型的頂(ding)桿頂(ding)頭(tou)連接形式和更換方式


    與(yu)φ460機(ji)組(zu)相(xiang)比,天淮508機(ji)組(zu)穿孔后(hou)(hou)臺二段形式(shi)徹底(di)改(gai)進,針(zhen)對大(da)機(ji)組(zu)節(jie)奏較(jiao)慢(最快40s以上(shang))的(de)特(te)點,為提(ti)高設備的(de)運行穩定性,增(zeng)加(jia)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)上(shang)下料小(xiao)車,實現頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)的(de)在線(xian)循環,改(gai)變了同類錐形穿孔機(ji)組(zu)單頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)在線(xian)自動快換(huan)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)模式(shi)(設備精度要(yao)求較(jiao)高),采用頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)和頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)通過(guo)過(guo)盈錐面配合(he)外(wai)(wai)加(jia)定位銷連接,見圖(tu)6-19,并線(xian)外(wai)(wai)裝配作業,這(zhe)樣減(jian)少了換(huan)規(gui)格(ge)過(guo)程的(de)設備調整時(shi)間(jian),改(gai)進后(hou)(hou)還避免生(sheng)產過(guo)程中(zhong)在線(xian)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)安裝不上(shang)出現無頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)軋制工藝事故(gu),節(jie)省了頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)消耗和工藝事故(gu)擴大(da)化造成(cheng)的(de)機(ji)械故(gu)障,節(jie)省工具費用同時(shi)提(ti)高了作業率。另外(wai)(wai),采用頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)更換(huan)小(xiao)車形式(shi),換(huan)孔型(xing)時(shi)提(ti)前準(zhun)備好新孔型(xing)的(de)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan),10min 內完成(cheng)穿孔機(ji)組(zu)的(de)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)更換(huan),較(jiao)同類型(xing)機(ji)組(zu)穿孔孔型(xing)更換(huan)時(shi)換(huan)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)節(jie)省近90%的(de)時(shi)間(jian)。


 3. 改(gai)進了(le)穿孔機組頂頭的冷卻方式


    天(tian)淮φ508機(ji)(ji)組(zu)穿(chuan)孔(kong)頂頭的(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)方式增加了頂頭的(de)(de)內(nei)水(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)并改(gai)進了外(wai)水(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)方式,該(gai)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)水(shui)能直接(jie)到(dao)達(da)(da)頂頭的(de)(de)腔體內(nei)(見圖(tu)6-19),設(she)計時(shi)(shi)增加了內(nei)水(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)水(shui)壓,由(you)同類機(ji)(ji)組(zu)的(de)(de)8bar增加到(dao)12bar,提高(gao)了冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)速率。改(gai)進了外(wai)水(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)形(xing)式,在同類穿(chuan)孔(kong)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)頂頭更換裝置的(de)(de)位(wei)置,設(she)計了頂頭外(wai)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)專用裝置,該(gai)裝置采(cai)用氣(qi)霧冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)方式,見圖(tu)6-18,并配套電(dian)氣(qi)控(kong)制系統(tong),根據頂頭規格和溫度調(diao)整(zheng)噴吹(chui)壓力(li)和時(shi)(shi)間,保證(zheng)頂頭冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)均(jun)(jun)勻(yun),避免了軋(ya)制后的(de)(de)高(gao)溫頂頭由(you)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)不均(jun)(jun)造成頂頭開裂(lie)報(bao)廢。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)頂頭內(nei)外(wai)水(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)方式,從近半年生產統(tong)計鍛造頂頭的(de)(de)平均(jun)(jun)壽命達(da)(da)到(dao)450支(個別達(da)(da)到(dao)900支)以上(shang),頂頭平均(jun)(jun)壽命是(shi)其他同類機(ji)(ji)組(zu)的(de)(de)1.5倍以上(shang)。


 4. 連軋短管(guan)模式(shi)


    為(wei)保證大口(kou)徑厚壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)生產,連(lian)軋機組(zu)增加短管(guan)(guan)(guan)模式,設(she)計(ji)中連(lian)軋機與脫管(guan)(guan)(guan)機間距為(wei)11.5m,在生產短于11.5m大口(kou)徑超厚壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)時(shi)(shi),開發(fa)連(lian)軋的(de)短管(guan)(guan)(guan)模式,在設(she)計(ji)過程中考(kao)慮(lv)實(shi)現最短8m管(guan)(guan)(guan)生產,脫管(guan)(guan)(guan)電機選(xuan)型(xing)時(shi)(shi)保證低速性能穩定,依靠限動齒條(tiao)將連(lian)軋后(hou)管(guan)(guan)(guan)送進脫管(guan)(guan)(guan)機,這時(shi)(shi)脫管(guan)(guan)(guan)機的(de)線(xian)速度(du)和(he)限動速度(du)一致,咬入后(hou)脫管(guan)(guan)(guan)機升(sheng)速實(shi)現荒管(guan)(guan)(guan)和(he)芯棒脫開。


 5. 為保證大(da)口徑(jing)薄壁管表面質量,移送(song)設備創新結構,做到輕拿輕放


    為保證大(da)(da)口(kou)徑薄(bo)壁管(guan)(guan)表面質量(liang),防(fang)止(zhi)(zhi)鋼管(guan)(guan)在(zai)(zai)移(yi)送(song)過程出(chu)現嗑傷(shang)(shang)及劃(hua)痕(hen)現象,本機(ji)組的毛(mao)管(guan)(guan)橫(heng)移(yi)機(ji)構(gou)及脫管(guan)(guan)后橫(heng)移(yi)鏈(lian)撥(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)機(ji)構(gou)都(dou)進行改進創(chuang)新(xin)。在(zai)(zai)ф460mm機(ji)組中(zhong),毛(mao)管(guan)(guan)從三(san)輥(gun)定(ding)(ding)心(xin)由(you)(you)(you)一個撥(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)鉤撥(bo)出(chu)由(you)(you)(you)另一個撥(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)鉤接料(liao)(liao)(liao)放(fang)到(dao)(dao)旋(xuan)轉托輥(gun)上(shang)(shang)吹硼(peng)砂,見圖(tu)6-22(a),吹完(wan)硼(peng)砂后由(you)(you)(you)高架小車移(yi)送(song)到(dao)(dao)帶(dai)高度調整(zheng)的受料(liao)(liao)(liao)鞍(an)座(zuo)上(shang)(shang),毛(mao)管(guan)(guan)滾(gun)落(luo)到(dao)(dao)鞍(an)座(zuo)輥(gun)道上(shang)(shang)進而由(you)(you)(you)連(lian)軋前臺(tai)的回(hui)(hui)轉臂(bei)(bei)取(qu)(qu)走;防(fang)止(zhi)(zhi)大(da)(da)口(kou)徑薄(bo)壁管(guan)(guan)(特(te)別是(shi)徑壁大(da)(da)于48)在(zai)(zai)撥(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)滾(gun)動(dong)中(zhong)出(chu)現的嗑傷(shang)(shang)和劃(hua)痕(hen),天淮ф508mm機(ji)組在(zai)(zai)此進行了改進創(chuang)新(xin),見圖(tu)6-22(b),三(san)輥(gun)定(ding)(ding)心(xin)出(chu)來(lai)的毛(mao)管(guan)(guan)由(you)(you)(you)可伸(shen)縮的大(da)(da)擺(bai)臂(bei)(bei)移(yi)送(song)到(dao)(dao)硼(peng)砂工位,吹完(wan)硼(peng)砂后由(you)(you)(you)地(di)面小車的撥(bo)叉將(jiang)毛(mao)管(guan)(guan)取(qu)(qu)走,小車到(dao)(dao)行程后,小車上(shang)(shang)的撥(bo)叉將(jiang)毛(mao)管(guan)(guan)移(yi)到(dao)(dao)垂(chui)直升降的放(fang)料(liao)(liao)(liao)叉,小車回(hui)(hui)退,然(ran)后由(you)(you)(you)連(lian)軋前臺(tai)的回(hui)(hui)轉臂(bei)(bei)取(qu)(qu)走毛(mao)管(guan)(guan),在(zai)(zai)毛(mao)管(guan)(guan)的三(san)次接力(li)傳遞中(zhong)都(dou)避(bi)免了在(zai)(zai)撥(bo)叉及鞍(an)座(zuo)臺(tai)架上(shang)(shang)的滾(gun)動(dong)沖(chong)擊,都(dou)是(shi)輕拿輕放(fang),避(bi)免了嗑傷(shang)(shang)和劃(hua)痕(hen),提(ti)高了表面質量(liang)。另外,本機(ji)組在(zai)(zai)脫管(guan)(guan)機(ji)后橫(heng)移(yi)鏈(lian)冷床入口(kou)撥(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)采用了撥(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)防(fang)護機(ji)構(gou),見圖(tu)6-23,當鏈(lian)床的撥(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)臂(bei)(bei)抬起過程中(zhong)附帶(dai)在(zai)(zai)撥(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)臂(bei)(bei)上(shang)(shang)的防(fang)護板也(ye)隨之升起以(yi)保護鋼管(guan)(guan)防(fang)止(zhi)(zhi)在(zai)(zai)撥(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)盤上(shang)(shang)嗑傷(shang)(shang),當撥(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)臂(bei)(bei)落(luo)下(xia)時反向(xiang)連(lian)桿機(ji)構(gou)使防(fang)護板也(ye)落(luo)下(xia),將(jiang)鋼管(guan)(guan)慢慢放(fang)下(xia),從而避(bi)免了在(zai)(zai)以(yi)前18in機(ji)組上(shang)(shang)薄(bo)臂(bei)(bei)管(guan)(guan)總在(zai)(zai)小冷床入口(kou)嗑傷(shang)(shang)的后果。在(zai)(zai)天淮φ508mm機(ji)組中(zhong),類似(si)以(yi)上(shang)(shang)保護措施及結構(gou)應用較多,進一步(bu)提(ti)高了大(da)(da)口(kou)徑薄(bo)壁管(guan)(guan)的表面質量(liang)。

八、結論(lun)


Φ508mmPQF機組是當今世界上最大(da)的熱連軋管(guan)生產機組,擁有了世界上最先進(jin)(jin)的工藝設計(ji)和過(guo)程控制水(shui)平(ping),同時設計(ji)過(guo)程中對同類機組的不足之處和薄弱環節進(jin)(jin)行了重(zhong)大(da)改進(jin)(jin),創新了5項技術:


  1. 在吸收以往的(de)(de)MPM和(he)PQF機(ji)組(zu)經驗的(de)(de)基(ji)礎上,采用8200kW大功率穿孔機(ji)加大了(le)穿孔機(ji)的(de)(de)變(bian)形(xing)量,減小了(le)后續工序變(bian)形(xing),穿孔機(ji)的(de)(de)延伸(shen)系數最大能(neng)夠達(da)到4.7。并設(she)計減小了(le)穿孔毛管(guan)(guan)與連軋芯棒(bang)之間的(de)(de)間隙,因此更有利于(yu)生產(chan)薄壁管(guan)(guan)和(he)高(gao)合金管(guan)(guan),已成功生產(chan)的(de)(de)φ508mmx9.5mm鋼管(guan)(guan)徑壁比達(da)到56。同(tong)時最大限度地(di)消除了(le)PQF軋機(ji)的(de)(de)內壁傷問題,提高(gao)了(le)鋼管(guan)(guan)壁厚(hou)精度和(he)均勻度。表(biao)(biao)6-12及圖6-24為φ508mm機(ji)組(zu)生產(chan)的(de)(de)φ508mmx12.5mm鋼管(guan)(guan)取樣情(qing)況:A~H為沿鋼管(guan)(guan)同(tong)一斷(duan)(duan)面測(ce)得的(de)(de)8個壁厚(hou)數據。由圖表(biao)(biao)可知鋼管(guan)(guan)各斷(duan)(duan)面的(de)(de)壁厚(hou)偏差率都在±8%以內。

  2. 穿孔機組采(cai)用新型的頂(ding)桿和頂(ding)頭連接和更換(huan)方式,保(bao)證設(she)備運行(xing)穩定,減(jian)少(shao)了(le)事故(gu),提高了(le)作業率,降低(di)了(le)頂(ding)桿費用。


  3. 穿孔(kong)機組頂(ding)頭(tou)(tou)增加了內水冷(leng)(leng)并設計外水冷(leng)(leng)裝置,保證頂(ding)頭(tou)(tou)冷(leng)(leng)卻均勻,提高(gao)了頂(ding)頭(tou)(tou)冷(leng)(leng)卻效果,頂(ding)頭(tou)(tou)壽命(ming)提高(gao)近50%,為同類(lei)機組提供了改(gai)進技術。


  4. 連軋機組開發了短管模式,實現8m以上的大口徑厚壁管的生產,擴大了該機組生產的產品大綱。


  5. 設計開發了輕拿輕放的鋼管移送機構,避免了大口徑薄壁管移送過程出現磕碰和劃傷,提高了薄壁管產品的一次合格率。
