浙(zhe)江(jiang)金洲管道工業(ye)有限公司φ508~1626mm預精(jing)焊螺(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)縫(feng)埋弧焊鋼(gang)管生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)線(xian)引進(jin)德國SMS MEER集團旗(qi)下(xia)PWS公司國際先進(jin)的預精(jing)焊(二步法)螺(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)焊管生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)技術和設備,于2015年1月正式投產(chan)(chan),年生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)能力20萬噸,生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)壁厚6.4mm~25.4mm,最高生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)鋼(gang)級 L690/X100。


  金州管道不銹鋼焊管生產線控制系統基于工業以太網技術,實現分布式自動化控制,是目前世界上裝備最先進、工藝最成熟、自動化程度最高的螺旋焊管生產線之一,在檢測設備方面生產線配備了112通道100%母材超聲波探傷、32通道焊縫超聲波探傷、數字平板X射線實時成像檢測系統、4000t水壓試驗機等。



一、生產工藝流程

二、主要技術特點


1. 高速成型預焊機(ji)組技術


  穩定的(de)(de)鋼(gang)帶工(gong)作(zuo)寬度(du)和穩定的(de)(de)遞送狀態是實現穩定高速成型(xing)的(de)(de)前提,通(tong)過以下(xia)各系統的(de)(de)協同工(gong)作(zuo),使(shi)鋼(gang)帶以最穩的(de)(de)狀態進入成型(xing)器(qi),在高精度(du)模(mo)型(xing)化的(de)(de)成型(xing)系統中(zhong)實現低(di)應力穩定成型(xing),對外徑、圓度(du)、直度(du)實現高精度(du)控制,為預焊提供穩定的(de)(de)焊接(jie)環境。


   a. 鋼帶(dai)矯(jiao)平(ping)(ping)裝置配備七輥(gun)矯(jiao)平(ping)(ping)機(ji)(ji),矯(jiao)平(ping)(ping)高(gao)度由電機(ji)(ji)調(diao)節,矯(jiao)平(ping)(ping)力(li)大(da)小由液(ye)壓缸提供,可對每(mei)(mei)個(ge)矯(jiao)平(ping)(ping)輥(gun)進(jin)行獨立控制,精(jing)確調(diao)整每(mei)(mei)個(ge)矯(jiao)平(ping)(ping)輥(gun)位置的壓力(li),使出(chu)口(kou)側(ce)鋼帶(dai)快速達到理想的矯(jiao)平(ping)(ping)狀態,其(qi)最大(da)矯(jiao)平(ping)(ping)力(li)600噸,滿足大(da)壁(bi)厚高(gao)鋼級的高(gao)速矯(jiao)平(ping)(ping)。


   b. 剪切(qie)對(dui)焊(han)(han)(han)機配備伊薩等(deng)離子切(qie)割系統、板頭(tou)(tou)(tou)尾銑(xian)(xian)邊機、預焊(han)(han)(han)系統、雙絲自動埋弧(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)系統,通過先(xian)銑(xian)(xian)邊后焊(han)(han)(han)接的工(gong)藝,有(you)效避免(mian)因板頭(tou)(tou)(tou)尾對(dui)接人為地產生鐮刀(dao)彎(wan)。采用Y型(xing)(xing)焊(han)(han)(han)接坡口,配合預焊(han)(han)(han)+雙絲自動埋弧(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)工(gong)藝,使(shi)得(de)對(dui)接接頭(tou)(tou)(tou)達到足夠的熔深和強度,確保對(dui)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)質量,實現(xian)鋼帶對(dui)接接頭(tou)(tou)(tou)在成型(xing)(xing)器快速穩定通過。


   c. 自適(shi)應(ying)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)配備三(san)組(zu)(zu)鋼帶(dai)(dai)寬(kuan)(kuan)度(du)(du)自適(shi)應(ying)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)。第一(yi)、二組(zu)(zu)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)為(wei)粗(cu)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),寬(kuan)(kuan)度(du)(du)自適(shi)應(ying)系統(tong)通過(guo)實(shi)時(shi)檢(jian)測(ce)鋼帶(dai)(dai)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)前(qian)后(hou)寬(kuan)(kuan)度(du)(du),合理地分配每組(zu)(zu)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)切削深度(du)(du),提(ti)高刀(dao)片的(de)使(shi)用壽命(ming),保(bao)證銑(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)質(zhi)量;第三(san)組(zu)(zu)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)為(wei)精銑(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),根據壁厚和焊接(jie)工藝設定(ding)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)后(hou)工作寬(kuan)(kuan)度(du)(du)、坡(po)(po)口角度(du)(du),鈍(dun)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)厚度(du)(du)、鈍(dun)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)位(wei)置,穩定(ding)的(de)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)控制為(wei)后(hou)續的(de)焊接(jie)提(ti)供有利條件。三(san)組(zu)(zu)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)刀(dao)盤在(zai)豎直方向(xiang)具有仿形(xing)隨動(dong)功能(neng),有效(xiao)地防(fang)止由于帶(dai)(dai)鋼波動(dong)引起的(de)坡(po)(po)口不均勻,保(bao)證邊(bian)(bian)(bian)部(bu)形(xing)狀良好穩定(ding),從而確保(bao)成(cheng)型(xing)過(guo)程穩定(ding)。同(tong)時(shi)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)削速(su)(su)度(du)(du)在(zai)3~10m/min的(de)遞送速(su)(su)度(du)(du)下自動(dong)進行自適(shi)應(ying)動(dong)態調節,滿足高速(su)(su)預(yu)焊的(de)需(xu)求(qiu)。


   d. 鋼(gang)帶自動(dong)(dong)對(dui)中系(xi)統配備(bei)多組鋼(gang)帶自動(dong)(dong)對(dui)中裝置(zhi),每組對(dui)中裝置(zhi)均(jun)配備(bei)獨(du)立(li)位置(zhi)傳(chuan)感器,實(shi)時監測鋼(gang)帶的位置(zhi)信息,系(xi)統自動(dong)(dong)判斷鋼(gang)帶位置(zhi)狀態和變化趨勢,通過(guo)先進的PI閉(bi)環控(kong)制(zhi)算法(fa),實(shi)時動(dong)(dong)態分配各組對(dui)中輥(gun)推力,實(shi)現(xian)鋼(gang)帶自動(dong)(dong)對(dui)中,通過(guo)數據對(dui)比自動(dong)(dong)分析鋼(gang)帶鐮刀彎(wan)程(cheng)度,實(shi)時糾偏,保證成型過(guo)程(cheng)穩定(ding)。


   e. 主驅動(dong)是整(zheng)個成型(xing)預(yu)焊(han)機組的唯一動(dong)力(li),由兩臺(tai)210kW交流(liu)電機提(ti)(ti)供,動(dong)力(li)通(tong)過行星齒輪傳輸到驅動(dong)輥(gun),最(zui)大驅動(dong)扭(niu)矩480kN·m,兩輥(gun)夾送壓(ya)力(li)由液(ye)壓(ya)缸提(ti)(ti)供,液(ye)壓(ya)回路中的蓄能裝置可有效吸收焊(han)縫通(tong)過輥(gun)子時(shi)的壓(ya)力(li)變化,提(ti)(ti)供穩(wen)定的遞送速度。


   f. 高精度成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)機(ji)主(zhu)要由三輥彎曲系(xi)統(tong)和(he)(he)外(wai)控輥系(xi)統(tong)組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),最大成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)力300t,各(ge)(ge)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)輥梁均配(pei)置(zhi)伺服電(dian)機(ji)和(he)(he)絕對值編(bian)碼(ma)器,采用PWS先進的成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)模型(xing)(xing)算法(fa),通過精確定(ding)位(wei)各(ge)(ge)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)輥位(wei)置(zhi),實現高速(su)穩定(ding)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing),同時各(ge)(ge)位(wei)置(zhi)信(xin)息通過PLC儲存,可重復調用,提高成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)效率。


   g. 數字(zi)式預焊(han)系統(tong)采用CO2氣體保護焊(han),由兩臺1500A數字(zi)式焊(han)接(jie)電(dian)源串聯而成,內置(zhi)專家級焊(han)接(jie)數據庫,根據壁厚和焊(han)絲直(zhi)徑不同(tong),選擇合適的焊(han)接(jie)程(cheng)序(xu),程(cheng)序(xu)自動(dong)調用數據庫參(can)數,并(bing)在(zai)焊(han)接(jie)過(guo)程(cheng)中對參(can)數進行PI閉環控(kong)(kong)制,其控(kong)(kong)制了頻率達(da)到5kHz,確保參(can)數輸出(chu)穩定(ding)。焊(han)接(jie)過(guo)程(cheng)采用潛弧式的過(guo)渡(du)形式,配(pei)合活性保護氣體,可(ke)在(zai)較高的焊(han)接(jie)速(su)度下保持(chi)穩定(ding)的熔深(shen),確保于焊(han)縫的強度,最(zui)高焊(han)接(jie)速(su)度達(da)10m/min。預焊(han)系統(tong)配(pei)備激(ji)光自動(dong)跟蹤系統(tong)和視頻監(jian)控(kong)(kong)系統(tong),可(ke)對焊(han)點位置(zhi)和預焊(han)縫狀態實時監(jian)控(kong)(kong),實現自動(dong)化(hua)焊(han)接(jie)。


 2. 雙(shuang)環噴水式等離子環切機


  配備(bei)雙環(huan)噴水式等離子(zi)(zi)切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)機。其(qi)雙環(huan)即(ji)夾(jia)(jia)持(chi)環(huan)和(he)切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)環(huan),夾(jia)(jia)持(chi)環(huan)包含3組抱夾(jia)(jia)裝置(zhi),同時環(huan)切(qie)(qie)(qie)機具備(bei)長(chang)(chang)度測量系統(tong)(tong),控制精度達到1mm,當(dang)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)長(chang)(chang)度達到切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)所設定的長(chang)(chang)度時,夾(jia)(jia)持(chi)環(huan)夾(jia)(jia)緊(jin)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan),使切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)系統(tong)(tong)與不(bu)銹鋼(gang)焊(han)管(guan)(guan)(guan)以同樣的速度前進(jin)(jin),隨后切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)環(huan)實(shi)施環(huan)切(qie)(qie)(qie)作業(ye)。雙環(huan)等離子(zi)(zi)切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)系統(tong)(tong)使切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)系統(tong)(tong)與鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)形成(cheng)一個相(xiang)對(dui)(dui)速度為(wei)0的狀態,提供穩定的切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)環(huan)境,使得切(qie)(qie)(qie)口(kou)更(geng)加整齊;其(qi)噴水系統(tong)(tong)一方面對(dui)(dui)等離子(zi)(zi)弧進(jin)(jin)行收(shou)弧聚能(neng),使切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)能(neng)量更(geng)加集中,提高切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)效率,另一方面對(dui)(dui)切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)周圍進(jin)(jin)行冷卻,減少切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)熱影響區,保證(zheng)管(guan)(guan)(guan)端母(mu)材(cai)性能(neng)。


3. 精焊機(FWM)


  配(pei)備3條精(jing)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)線,每條精(jing)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)線配(pei)置內(nei)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)三(san)絲和(he)外焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)雙(shuang)絲的焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接系統,內(nei)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)和(he)外焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)均(jun)配(pei)置獨立的焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫激光自動(dong)(dong)跟蹤(zong)系統、視(shi)(shi)頻(pin)監視(shi)(shi)系統、焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)槍高度跟蹤(zong)系統、焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接參數(shu)控制系統等,通(tong)過(guo)各結構(gou)聯動(dong)(dong),實(shi)現(xian)自動(dong)(dong)的、實(shi)時的焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)頭位置調(diao)節(jie)和(he)校(xiao)正,確保(bao)每一條焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫的焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接質量(liang),同時每支不銹鋼焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)管(guan)的焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接參數(shu)實(shi)時曲線可(ke)獨立存檔、回(hui)放,通(tong)過(guo)參數(shu)曲線可(ke)提前(qian)發現(xian)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫存在的隱(yin)患點,以進行針對性(xing)檢測(ce)。


4. PWS數字焊接系統(tong)


  預焊(han)(han)(han)(han)和精(jing)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)均配備(bei)了(le)PWS數字焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)系統,即焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)電源(yuan)和焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)均通過(guo)微處理器控(kong)(kong)制,從(cong)起弧到整個(ge)(ge)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)過(guo)程(cheng),微處理器均以5kHz的頻率(lv)對(dui)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)進行(xing)分(fen)析和優化(hua)。焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)過(guo)程(cheng)采(cai)取極高的頻率(lv)不斷進行(xing)分(fen)析和優化(hua),實現了(le)對(dui)整個(ge)(ge)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)過(guo)程(cheng)實時精(jing)確的PI閉環(huan)控(kong)(kong)制,其直接(jie)(jie)效(xiao)果使得焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)過(guo)程(cheng)十分(fen)穩定,減少了(le)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)缺(que)陷和管端焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)缺(que)陷。


5. 112通道在線鋼(gang)管超聲波檢(jian)測系統


  生產線(xian)(xian)配備(bei)112通(tong)道(dao)在(zai)線(xian)(xian)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)管(guan)超(chao)聲波檢測(ce)系(xi)統,采用8×30mm雙晶組合探(tan)頭,共25組,100通(tong)道(dao),探(tan)頭固定(ding)梳狀掃查方(fang)(fang)式對鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)板(ban)100%探(tan)傷,用于檢測(ce)平行于軋制(zhi)方(fang)(fang)向(xiang)線(xian)(xian)性缺(que)陷(xian)。同(tong)時鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)板(ban)兩邊200mm范圍內各(ge)有5個橫(heng)波探(tan)頭,用于檢測(ce)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)板(ban)邊緣與(yu)軋制(zhi)方(fang)(fang)向(xiang)平行的缺(que)陷(xian)。鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)板(ban)兩側(ce)各(ge)15mm范圍內各(ge)有1個橫(heng)波探(tan)頭,用于檢測(ce)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)板(ban)邊緣與(yu)軋制(zhi)方(fang)(fang)向(xiang)垂直的缺(que)陷(xian)。設備(bei)具有聲、光報警系(xi)統,缺(que)陷(xian)自(zi)動噴標系(xi)統,以及(ji)各(ge)通(tong)道(dao)的耦合監(jian)視系(xi)統,缺(que)陷(xian)檢出(chu)率100%。


6. 32通道焊(han)縫(feng)超聲波檢測(ce)系統(tong)


  生產線配(pei)(pei)備32通道焊縫超聲波檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)系統(tong),具(ju)有24個探(tan)傷通道和8個耦(ou)合監(jian)視通道,采用雙探(tan)架設計(ji),配(pei)(pei)備激光圖像自動跟蹤系統(tong),確保檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)過程穩定性(xing)。布局探(tan)頭有X型(xing)和串(chuan)列型(xing),可檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)焊縫內縱向(xiang)、橫向(xiang)、斜(xie)向(xiang)、焊縫中間缺陷以及焊縫兩側(ce)50mm范圍內的熱影響區分層缺陷。


7. X射線實(shi)時成(cheng)像檢測系統(tong)


  生產線配備數字平板(ban)X射線實時(shi)成像檢測系統,采用美(mei)國珀金埃爾默公司的8in非(fei)晶(jing)數字平板(ban)系統XRD 0822 AP,空間(jian)分(fen)辨(bian)率優(you)于3.0p/mm,具有全焊縫實時(shi)存圖及回放功能,檢測靜態靈(ling)敏度1.0%~1.5%,動態靈(ling)敏度2.2%~2.5%。


8. 自動化鋼管(guan)輸送控制(zhi)系統


  輸送(song)系(xi)統(tong)由輸送(song)輥(gun)道(dao)(dao)、橫移小車、存(cun)(cun)管(guan)臺(tai)(tai)架(jia)構成,輸送(song)輥(gun)道(dao)(dao)每4個為(wei)一組,存(cun)(cun)管(guan)臺(tai)(tai)架(jia)采(cai)用V形(xing)臺(tai)(tai)架(jia),每組輥(gun)道(dao)(dao)、橫移小車和(he)每個V形(xing)臺(tai)(tai)架(jia)均配置傳感(gan)器,用于(yu)檢測鋼管(guan)位置,鋼管(guan)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化(hua)輸送(song)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)由中(zhong)央控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)室進行(xing)監控(kong)(kong),并自(zi)(zi)動(dong)選(xuan)擇最優程(cheng)序實現整(zheng)個車間鋼管(guan)的運輸和(he)存(cun)(cun)放(fang),提(ti)高車間作業效(xiao)率。


9. ERP信息化管(guan)理系統


  ERP系統包括制造(zao)數據管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)、計劃排產(chan)(chan)(chan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)、生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)調(diao)度管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)、庫存管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)、質量管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)、工(gong)藝過程管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)、采購管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)、成本管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)、生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)過程控(kong)制、質量數據集成分析(xi)。實現從(cong)訂單下達到產(chan)(chan)(chan)品完(wan)成的(de)整個(ge)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)過程的(de)優化管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li),改(gai)善各個(ge)環節(jie)的(de)銜接(jie)效率,對生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)進度、產(chan)(chan)(chan)品質量數據實時反饋,從(cong)而保障產(chan)(chan)(chan)品質量和工(gong)廠(chang)及時交貨能力。


10. 機器人自(zi)動(dong)噴標系統


  生產(chan)線(xian)配備機器(qi)(qi)人自動(dong)噴標(biao)系統,實現生產(chan)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)鋼(gang)管信息的自動(dong)讀取和收集,中(zhong)控匯總鋼(gang)管的過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)狀態(tai)信息,同時產(chan)品標(biao)識更加美觀、規范、準確(que)。通過(guo)(guo)機器(qi)(qi)換人,降低工人勞動(dong)強度(du)。


三、技術水平與業(ye)績


  自(zi)2015年投產以來,金洲管道以預精(jing)焊(han)生產線為依(yi)托,成立(li)了(le)能源(yuan)管道研(yan)究所,焊(han)接實(shi)驗室(shi)等(deng)研(yan)發部門,整合(he)公司優質資(zi)源(yuan),通過自(zi)主創新和產學研(yan)等(deng)方式,加快預精(jing)焊(han)工藝技術(shu)消化吸收再創新,先后試制進(jin)行了φ1219mmx16.3mm、X90M,φ1219mmx22mm、X80M,ф1219m219mmx25.425.4mm、Q345B,φ508mmx6.4mm,X65M等規格,參與了新粵(yue)浙管(guan)線φ1219x18.4,X80M管(guan)線的單爐試制,在高鋼(gang)級大(da)壁厚的螺旋不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)焊管(guan)生產(chan)工藝(yi)上積累一(yi)定的經驗(yan)。針對預(yu)焊飛(fei)濺、精(jing)焊質(zhi)量、生產(chan)效(xiao)率等重點難點問題,進(jin)行了專項技術攻關,通過多項科研成果的應用,金(jin)洲管(guan)道預(yu)精(jing)焊工藝(yi)技術水平達到國內(nei)領先(xian)水平。產(chan)品廣(guang)泛用于石油、天然(ran)氣(qi)輸送(song)、海底(di)(di)管(guan)線、城市管(guan)網(wang)以及大(da)型鋼(gang)管(guan)樁管(guan)等領域。先(xian)后承接了惠州海底(di)(di)管(guan)道項目(mu)、金(jin)麗溫(wen)省(sheng)級天然(ran)氣(qi)管(guan)道工程(cheng)(cheng)、海南(nan)環島管(guan)線工程(cheng)(cheng)、江(jiang)陰燃(ran)(ran)(ran)(ran)氣(qi)管(guan)道工程(cheng)(cheng)、馬(ma)來(lai)西亞(ya)管(guan)網(wang)項目(mu)、文萊管(guan)線項目(mu)、伊朗管(guan)線項目(mu),以及港華(hua)燃(ran)(ran)(ran)(ran)氣(qi)、中(zhong)燃(ran)(ran)(ran)(ran)燃(ran)(ran)(ran)(ran)氣(qi)、華(hua)潤燃(ran)(ran)(ran)(ran)氣(qi)等各(ge)大(da)城市管(guan)網(wang)工程(cheng)(cheng)。
