不銹鋼管道分支處(chu)補強方(fang)式的(de)選(xuan)擇(ze),一般是通過定(ding)(ding)性(xing)分析和(he)定(ding)(ding)量計(ji)(ji)算(suan)相結合的(de)方(fang)式來確定(ding)(ding)。定(ding)(ding)量計(ji)(ji)算(suan)的(de)詳細講述見(jian)本(ben)書第三(san)章(zhang)中支管連接形式的(de)選(xuan)用(yong)與強度(du)計(ji)(ji)算(suan)工程應用(yong)。


 1. 分(fen)支(zhi)管連接(jie)方式的選(xuan)用,主要根據(ju)管道的設計(ji)溫度(du)、設計(ji)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)、腐蝕余量等設計(ji)條件確定。分(fen)支(zhi)的方法(fa)基本(ben)為兩(liang)種,對于低壓(ya)(ya)大直(zhi)徑管則(ze)直(zhi)接(jie)把分(fen)支(zhi)管焊(han)于主管上;其他多數是利用分(fen)支(zhi)管件進行分(fen)支(zhi)。


   ①. 當從主(zhu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)引出支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan),支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)直徑(jing)與主(zhu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)直徑(jing)的比值大(da)(da)于(yu)等(deng)于(yu)0.5時,采(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)異(yi)徑(jing)三(san)通或(huo)等(deng)徑(jing)三(san)通;當主(zhu)支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)為等(deng)徑(jing)時,應采(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)三(san)通。GB 50316規定:公稱壓力大(da)(da)于(yu)或(huo)等(deng)于(yu)10MPa的管(guan)(guan)(guan)道,主(zhu)支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)為異(yi)徑(jing)時,不宜采(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)焊接支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan),宜采(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)三(san)通或(huo)在主(zhu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)上(shang)開孔并(bing)焊接支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)臺。當主(zhu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)直徑(jing)大(da)(da)于(yu)DN65而支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)直徑(jing)為DN40和以下時,根據(ju)設計(ji)壓力的大(da)(da)小,采(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)臺或(huo)半管(guan)(guan)(guan)接頭。

 

     有(you)的(de)(de)規(gui)范(fan)規(gui)定,一(yi)(yi)般(ban)主管尺寸的(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)半并降低兩個尺寸系列,就(jiu)沒有(you)三通可(ke)供使(shi)用了,如主管為12”,標準三通一(yi)(yi)般(ban)可(ke)做到5"(不常(chang)用的(de)(de)口徑(jing)),再低就(jiu)沒有(you)三通可(ke)供選用了。


   ②. 普通無腐(fu)蝕性的低溫介質(如LNG),在(zai)中、低壓(ya)條件(jian)下(xia)(一(yi)般不(bu)大于9MPa),小尺寸(cun)的分支(≤2”),選(xuan)用(yong)半管接頭(half coupling),在(zai)高壓(ya)條件(jian)下(xia)(一(yi)般大于9MPa),小尺寸(cun)的分支(≤2")選(xuan)用(yong)對焊支管座(weldolet)。


   ③. 普通無腐(fu)蝕(shi)性的低(di)溫介質(zhi)(如LNG),在中(zhong)、低(di)壓條(tiao)件(jian)下(xia)(一(yi)般<6MPa),大(da)(da)尺(chi)寸的分支(>2”),選用補強(qiang)板連(lian)接(reinforcing pad);在高壓條(tiao)件(jian)下(xia)(一(yi)般大(da)(da)于6MPa),大(da)(da)尺(chi)寸的分支(>2”)選用對焊支管(guan)座(Weldolet)。


   ④. 等級表中低溫管(guan)(guan)道的分支(zhi)形式主要包括標準三(san)通、半管(guan)(guan)接(jie)頭、對焊(han)支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)座、補強(qiang)板連接(jie)、直(zhi)接(jie)開口(kou)(較少(shao))等形式。


   ⑤. 其(qi)他工(gong)況支管連接(jie)方式的選用:


      a. 主管(guan)直徑小于DN50時(shi),支管(guan)小于主管(guan),則用異徑三(san)通或等徑三(san)通加異徑短管(guan)。


      b. 設(she)計(ji)壓力(li)等于(yu)(yu)或大于(yu)(yu)2.0MPa、設(she)計(ji)溫度超過250℃以及支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)與主管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)公稱直徑之比大于(yu)(yu)0.8,或承(cheng)受(shou)機械(xie)振動、壓力(li)脈動和(he)溫度急劇變化的管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道分支(zhi),應(ying)采用(yong)等徑異徑三(san)通;公稱直徑小于(yu)(yu)或等于(yu)(yu)40mm的管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道,應(ying)采用(yong)承(cheng)插焊(或螺紋(wen))鍛(duan)制三(san)通;公稱直徑等于(yu)(yu)或大于(yu)(yu)50mm的管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道,應(ying)采用(yong)對(dui)焊三(san)通、對(dui)焊加強(qiang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)接頭(對(dui)焊支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)臺)或嵌入式(鞍形)支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)接頭。


      c. 支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)通過加強管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)接(jie)(jie)頭(支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)臺)與主管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)是指(zhi)將一個螺紋、承插(cha)焊或對(dui)焊的管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)接(jie)(jie)頭或半管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)接(jie)(jie)頭(支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)臺)直接(jie)(jie)焊于(yu)主管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)上而制成(cheng),螺紋、承插(cha)焊支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)臺用(yong)于(yu)直徑≤DN40(NPS1 1/2)的支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)。螺紋、承插(cha)焊支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)臺在任何情況下(xia)其額定等級應大于(yu)等于(yu)2000lb。


      d. 其他支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)可用(yong)(yong)直接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)焊(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie),但必須經(jing)校核后明確(que)是(shi)否增(zeng)加補強(qiang)。直接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)焊(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)在主管(guan)上的(de)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie),不宜用(yong)(yong)于(yu)有(you)機械振動(dong)、壓力脈(mo)動(dong)和溫度急劇變(bian)(bian)化的(de)部位及設計(ji)溫度超過425℃的(de)管(guan)道,當支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)處承受由(you)于(yu)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)熱變(bian)(bian)形,外荷載及支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)架位移等引起(qi)的(de)應力時(shi),應對附加荷載在支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)處產生的(de)影響(xiang)進(jin)行(xing)分(fen)析并采取必要(yao)的(de)加強(qiang)措(cuo)施。


   ⑥. 依(yi)據管(guan)(guan)道等級中已經確定(ding)的(de)法蘭壓力等級或公稱(cheng)壓力來選(xuan)用支管(guan)(guan)連接件。


   一(yi)般(ban),當法(fa)蘭(lan)的公稱(cheng)壓(ya)(ya)力公稱(cheng)壓(ya)(ya)力≤2.5MPa(磅(bang)級系列≤150lb)時,綜合考慮(lv)其他工況后,支管(guan)(guan)可直(zhi)接(jie)焊(han)接(jie)在主(zhu)管(guan)(guan)上;當公稱(cheng)壓(ya)(ya)力≥4.0MPa(磅(bang)級系列公稱(cheng)壓(ya)(ya)力≥300lb)時,則根據主(zhu)管(guan)(guan)支管(guan)(guan)公稱(cheng)直(zhi)徑的不同按對(dui)焊(han)三通(tong)、對(dui)焊(han)加強管(guan)(guan)接(jie)頭、承插焊(han)或(huo)螺(luo)紋(wen)連接(jie)三通(tong)、承插焊(han)或(huo)螺(luo)紋(wen)加強管(guan)(guan)接(jie)頭的順(shun)序(xu)選用。


 2. 管件壁厚


   在確定支管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)連(lian)(lian)接件的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)(biao)號(hao)時(shi),應(ying)根據(ju)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)與管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件等強(qiang)度的(de)原則以及管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件與管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)連(lian)(lian)接方(fang)式(shi)而(er)定。例(li)如,當(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)與管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件采用對焊(han)(han)連(lian)(lian)接時(shi),管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)與管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)(biao)號(hao)應(ying)一致;而(er)當(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)與管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件采用承(cheng)(cheng)插焊(han)(han)或(huo)(huo)(huo)螺紋(wen)連(lian)(lian)接時(shi),標準(zhun)的(de)承(cheng)(cheng)插焊(han)(han)和螺紋(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)(biao)號(hao)只(zhi)有Sch80、Sch60、XXS,最(zui)低的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)(biao)號(hao)就(jiu)是(shi)Sch80,也就(jiu)是(shi)說(shuo)只(zhi)要當(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)承(cheng)(cheng)插焊(han)(han)或(huo)(huo)(huo)螺紋(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件所連(lian)(lian)接的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)(biao)號(hao)不大(da)(da)于(yu)Sch80時(shi),承(cheng)(cheng)插焊(han)(han)或(huo)(huo)(huo)螺紋(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)(biao)號(hao)就(jiu)選Sch80。而(er)當(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)所連(lian)(lian)接的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)(biao)號(hao)大(da)(da)于(yu)Sch80時(shi),承(cheng)(cheng)插焊(han)(han)或(huo)(huo)(huo)螺紋(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)(biao)號(hao)就(jiu)選Sch60或(huo)(huo)(huo)XXS。


   當對焊三通(tong)主管(guan)(guan)、支管(guan)(guan)所連接的(de)管(guan)(guan)子(zi)的(de)管(guan)(guan)子(zi)表號(hao)不同時,應注意三通(tong)主管(guan)(guan)、支管(guan)(guan)端部的(de)管(guan)(guan)子(zi)表號(hao)應分別與(yu)其所連接的(de)管(guan)(guan)子(zi)的(de)管(guan)(guan)子(zi)表號(hao)相同,這(zhe)樣就非(fei)常方便管(guan)(guan)道施工(gong),管(guan)(guan)件(jian)不必現場再(zai)打坡口(kou)。


 3. 支管直接焊于主管的補強計(ji)算


    GB/T 20801、SH/T 3059、GB 50316 等規范與(yu)ASME B31.3關于面積補(bu)強法的計(ji)算基本相同。
