熔化極惰性氣體保護焊的惰性氣體,通常采用氬氣。該焊接工藝已開始在許多領域中得到使用,其中以機械操作的縱縫焊應用最多。焊接時選擇直流反極性電源,以短路過渡和噴射過渡的熔滴形式進行操作,用熔化極氬弧焊短路過渡焊接奧氏體(ti)不銹鋼(gang)的焊接參數見表4-44,用熔化極氬弧焊噴射過渡焊接奧氏體型不銹鋼的焊接參數見表4-45。




  在熔(rong)(rong)(rong)化極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)氬氣保護(hu)焊(han)的(de)(de)(de)(de)基礎上(shang)加入(ru)脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong)(chong)電流即成(cheng)脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong)(chong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)化極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)氬弧焊(han),它不僅具有(you)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)化極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)氬氣保護(hu)焊(han)的(de)(de)(de)(de)所有(you)特(te)點,同(tong)(tong)時(shi)(shi)能控制焊(han)接(jie)熱輸入(ru),控制金(jin)(jin)屬熔(rong)(rong)(rong)池,使(shi)焊(han)縫(feng)(feng)(feng)正反面成(cheng)形(xing)良(liang)好,實現(xian)單面焊(han)背(bei)面成(cheng)形(xing)。表(biao)4-46為(wei)(wei)脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong)(chong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)化極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)氬弧焊(han)的(de)(de)(de)(de)單面焊(han)背(bei)面成(cheng)形(xing)對接(jie)焊(han)縫(feng)(feng)(feng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)焊(han)接(jie)參數(shu)。表(biao)4-47為(wei)(wei)脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong)(chong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)化極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)氬弧焊(han)焊(han)接(jie)角焊(han)縫(feng)(feng)(feng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)焊(han)接(jie)參數(shu)。在焊(han)接(jie)同(tong)(tong)樣厚(hou)度(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)材(cai)料(liao)時(shi)(shi),焊(han)接(jie)熱輸入(ru)比非脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong)(chong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)化極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)焊(han)小,相應(ying)(ying)地(di)減少(shao)了熱影響區,有(you)利于提高(gao)耐腐蝕性能;同(tong)(tong)時(shi)(shi)減少(shao)了焊(han)接(jie)應(ying)(ying)力與變形(xing)。脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong)(chong)電流的(de)(de)(de)(de)熱循(xun)環對金(jin)(jin)屬熔(rong)(rong)(rong)池能起到攪拌作用,有(you)利于細(xi)化焊(han)縫(feng)(feng)(feng)結晶,降低(di)產(chan)生裂紋(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)傾向(xiang)。此外(wai),這種焊(han)接(jie)方法可(ke)以減輕勞(lao)動強度(du),提高(gao)生產(chan)效(xiao)率。
