07Cr15Ni7Mo2Al 、0Cr15Ni7Mo2Al、632不銹鋼是(shi)以(yi)(yi)2%Mo取(qu)代07Cr17Ni7A1鋼中(zhong)2%Cr的(de)(de)半(ban)奧氏(shi)(shi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)沉淀硬(ying)化不銹鋼,在(zai)(zai)(zai)固(gu)溶(rong)狀(zhuang)態下,基本保持奧氏(shi)(shi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)組織(含(han)有(you)5%~20%的(de)(de)鐵素體(ti)(ti)(ti)),在(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)狀(zhuang)態下鋼的(de)(de)韌性(xing)(xing)好,硬(ying)度(du)較低,加(jia)(jia)工成形性(xing)(xing)能良好,易(yi)于加(jia)(jia)工制(zhi)造,加(jia)(jia)工后再經調整處(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)、冷(leng)處(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)及(ji)時效處(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li),所析出的(de)(de)鎳一鋁強化相(xiang),使鋼的(de)(de)室(shi)溫(wen)(wen)強度(du)可(ke)以(yi)(yi)達(da)1400MPa以(yi)(yi)上,并(bing)具有(you)滿足使用要求(qiu)的(de)(de)塑韌性(xing)(xing)。此(ci)外(wai),由于鋼中(zhong)含(han)有(you)Mo,使之(zhi)耐(nai)還原(yuan)性(xing)(xing)介質(zhi)腐蝕能力有(you)所改善。其特點是(shi)在(zai)(zai)(zai)成形過(guo)(guo)程中(zhong)可(ke)通過(guo)(guo)熱處(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)工藝(yi)控制(zhi)馬(ma)氏(shi)(shi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)相(xiang)變(bian)溫(wen)(wen)度(du),使其在(zai)(zai)(zai)加(jia)(jia)工過(guo)(guo)程中(zhong)處(chu)(chu)(chu)于奧氏(shi)(shi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)狀(zhuang)態,以(yi)(yi)便于機(ji)械(xie)加(jia)(jia)工,成形后通過(guo)(guo)沉淀硬(ying)化使馬(ma)氏(shi)(shi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)相(xiang)變(bian),具有(you)高強度(du)特性(xing)(xing)。


  07Cr15Ni7Mo2Al 、0Cr15Ni7Mo2Al、632不銹鋼的不足之(zhi)處在于(yu)(yu)化學成分需精確控制,熱處理工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)復雜,縱向、橫向韌(ren)性(xing)和塑性(xing)差異大,經調整處理后塑韌(ren)性(xing)損失較(jiao)(jiao)大。其(qi)化學成分和熱處理工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)控制范圍(wei)很窄,熱處理工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)復雜,性(xing)能(neng)易于(yu)(yu)波(bo)動,低溫(wen)韌(ren)性(xing)較(jiao)(jiao)差,用于(yu)(yu)零下100℃變脆,易加工(gong)(gong)硬化,通(tong)常需多次中間(jian)退火。


  07Cr15Ni7Mo2Al 、0Cr15Ni7Mo2Al、632不(bu)銹鋼鋼的綜(zong)合(he)性(xing)能優(you)于(yu)07Cr17Ni7Al,因此其應(ying)(ying)(ying)用(yong)領域也較(jiao)廣泛(fan)。該(gai)鋼廣泛(fan)應(ying)(ying)(ying)用(yong)于(yu)宇航、模具(ju)行業(ye)、石油(you)化工能源(yuan)工業(ye)中(zhong)的耐蝕及(ji)400℃以下工作(zuo)的承力(li)構件及(ji)容(rong)器以及(ji)彈(dan)性(xing)元件。如用(yong)于(yu)彈(dan)簧(huang)、刀具(ju)、壓(ya)力(li)容(rong)器、反(fan)應(ying)(ying)(ying)堆部件、各(ge)種容(rong)器、管道、彈(dan)簧(huang)、船軸、壓(ya)縮機盤。
