不同制造工藝生產的不銹鋼管,在進行漏磁檢測時靈敏度與信噪比差異較大。在選取和設計鋼管漏磁檢測系統時,必須以不銹鋼管(guan)的制造工藝和檢測特點為基礎。
按照生產工藝的不同,不銹鋼管可分為熱軋不銹鋼管和冷拔不銹鋼管。
熱軋(ya)(ya)(ya)無(wu)縫鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)一般在(zai)自動軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)機(ji)組上(shang)生產(chan)。實(shi)心(xin)管(guan)(guan)坯經檢(jian)查并清除表面缺陷,截成所需長度,在(zai)管(guan)(guan)坯穿(chuan)(chuan)孔端端面上(shang)定心(xin),然后送(song)(song)往加熱爐(lu)加熱,在(zai)穿(chuan)(chuan)孔機(ji)上(shang)穿(chuan)(chuan)孔。在(zai)穿(chuan)(chuan)孔時不(bu)斷旋轉和(he)(he)前進(jin),在(zai)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)輥和(he)(he)頂頭(tou)的作用下(xia),管(guan)(guan)坯內部逐漸形成空腔,稱(cheng)為毛管(guan)(guan),然后再送(song)(song)至自動軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)機(ji)上(shang)繼續(xu)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)制。最后,經均整機(ji)均整壁厚,經定徑機(ji)定徑,達到規格要求(qiu)。利用連續(xu)式軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)機(ji)組生產(chan)熱軋(ya)(ya)(ya)無(wu)縫鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)是較先進(jin)的方法。
熱軋(ya)是(shi)(shi)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)成(cheng)型過(guo)程(cheng)中最重要的(de)(de)(de)(de)一個工(gong)序環(huan)節,通常人們將對毛(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)壁(bi)(bi)厚(hou)進(jin)行(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)加工(gong)稱(cheng)為軋(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)。這個環(huan)節的(de)(de)(de)(de)主要任務是(shi)(shi)按(an)照成(cheng)品(pin)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)要求(qiu)將厚(hou)壁(bi)(bi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)毛(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)減(jian)薄至成(cheng)品(pin)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)相適應的(de)(de)(de)(de)程(cheng)度,即必須考(kao)慮到后續定徑工(gong)序時(shi)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)壁(bi)(bi)厚(hou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)變化,這個環(huan)節還(huan)要提高毛(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)內外表面(mian)質量和壁(bi)(bi)厚(hou)均(jun)勻度。毛(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)通過(guo)軋(ya)制(zhi)減(jian)壁(bi)(bi)延伸后的(de)(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子一般(ban)稱(cheng)為荒管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)。軋(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)減(jian)壁(bi)(bi)方(fang)法(fa)的(de)(de)(de)(de)基本特點(dian)是(shi)(shi)在(zai)毛(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內穿(chuan)入剛性芯棒,由外部工(gong)具對毛(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)壁(bi)(bi)厚(hou)進(jin)行(xing)壓縮減(jian)壁(bi)(bi)。
一(yi)般習慣根據軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的形式來命名軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)組。根據金(jin)屬變形原理和(he)設備(bei)特(te)點的不同(tong),軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)有(you)(you)許多種工(gong)藝方法。按軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)方式的不同(tong)分為(wei)縱軋(ya)(ya)(ya)和(he)斜軋(ya)(ya)(ya)兩種類(lei)型。縱軋(ya)(ya)(ya)類(lei)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)組主(zhu)要有(you)(you)連軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)、頂管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)、自動軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)、周期(qi)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)及(ji)鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)擠壓(ya)機(ji)等;斜軋(ya)(ya)(ya)類(lei)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)組主(zhu)要有(you)(you)三輥(gun)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)、迪塞爾軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)、精(jing)密軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)、斜軋(ya)(ya)(ya)擴管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)及(ji)行星軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)等。
冷拔不銹鋼管是鋼管的一種,區別于熱軋(擴)管。在毛管坯或原料管擴徑的過程中通過多道次的冷拔加工而成,通常在0.5~100T的單鏈式或雙鏈式冷拔機上進行。冷拔鋼管除分為一般鋼管、低中壓鍋爐鋼管、高壓鍋爐鋼管、合金鋼管、不銹鋼管、石油裂化管、機械加工管、厚壁管、小口徑加內模冷拔管外,還包括碳素薄壁鋼管、合金薄壁鋼管、薄壁(bi)不銹鋼(gang)管(guan)、異型鋼管。冷拔鋼管的精度以及表面質量均明顯優于熱軋(擴)管,但受工藝制約,其口徑以及長度均受到一定限制。
經過大(da)量漏磁(ci)檢(jian)(jian)測試驗發現,由(you)于熱軋(ya)(ya)鋼(gang)(gang)管表(biao)面質量較(jiao)差,存(cun)在(zai)的氧化皮等鐵(tie)(tie)磁(ci)性物(wu)質會影響缺陷(xian)檢(jian)(jian)測的信噪(zao)比,因此(ci),與冷拔鋼(gang)(gang)管相(xiang)比,熱軋(ya)(ya)鋼(gang)(gang)管微裂紋的檢(jian)(jian)出(chu)率更(geng)低(di)。并且,縱(zong)軋(ya)(ya)鋼(gang)(gang)管的橫向壁厚不(bu)均勻會產生較(jiao)大(da)的背景噪(zao)聲(sheng),從(cong)而影響軸向裂紋的檢(jian)(jian)測信噪(zao)比;與此(ci)對應,由(you)于斜軋(ya)(ya)鋼(gang)(gang)管內(nei)部存(cun)在(zai)較(jiao)多如內(nei)螺(luo)旋(xuan)之(zhi)類的鐵(tie)(tie)磁(ci)性表(biao)面附著(zhu)物(wu),周向裂紋的信噪(zao)比也較(jiao)低(di)。然而,熱軋(ya)(ya)鋼(gang)(gang)管的表(biao)面鐵(tie)(tie)磁(ci)性附著(zhu)物(wu)以及(ji)壁厚不(bu)均勻導(dao)致的背景磁(ci)場存(cun)在(zai)一定(ding)規律性,在(zai)實施漏磁(ci)檢(jian)(jian)測時,采(cai)用特殊的探頭結構及(ji)其(qi)相(xiang)應的信號(hao)后(hou)處理算法在(zai)一定(ding)程度上能有效消(xiao)除此(ci)類背景噪(zao)聲(sheng)的影響,提高漏磁(ci)檢(jian)(jian)測信噪(zao)比,增加(jia)缺陷(xian)信號(hao)的可識別(bie)性。
目前,幾乎(hu)所有(you)不(bu)銹鋼(gang)管生產(chan)線均配置了鋼(gang)管在線漏(lou)(lou)磁(ci)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)系(xi)統,并且漏(lou)(lou)磁(ci)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)是(shi)復合檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)中電磁(ci)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)方法的(de)首選。究(jiu)其原因,漏(lou)(lou)磁(ci)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)不(bu)受重(zhong)復頻率限制,可實現高速檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce),從而能夠(gou)很好(hao)地匹配鋼(gang)管的(de)快(kuai)速生產(chan)速度。此(ci)外(wai),漏(lou)(lou)磁(ci)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)穿(chuan)透力強,與渦流檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)相比,其對鋼(gang)管內(nei)部缺陷的(de)靈敏度更(geng)高。
