近日,馬鋼四鋼軋(ya)總廠傳來佳(jia)訊,轉(zhuan)爐(lu)煉(lian)鋼生產(chan)獲(huo)得(de)重大性突破——馬鋼首創的(de)(de)“轉(zhuan)爐(lu)全周期一(yi)鍵(jian)精準(zhun)控制模型”經過(guo)全周期一(yi)鍵(jian)冶煉(lian)熱(re)試(shi)取(qu)得(de)圓滿成功,標志(zhi)著馬鋼承擔的(de)(de)“寶武鋼鐵工(gong)業大腦-智能煉(lian)鋼項目”繼煉(lian)鋼柔性智能排程系(xi)統后再獲(huo)階段性成果,馬鋼轉(zhuan)爐(lu)煉(lian)鋼智能化發展再邁關(guan)鍵(jian)一(yi)步(bu)。


  自(zi)寶武鋼(gang)(gang)鐵(tie)工(gong)業大腦戰略性計(ji)劃啟(qi)動(dong)以來,經(jing)過一年(nian)多時(shi)間的(de)探索實踐,馬鋼(gang)(gang)智能煉鋼(gang)(gang)項目團隊深度融(rong)合(he)人工(gong)智能與鋼(gang)(gang)鐵(tie)冶(ye)(ye)(ye)煉流程(cheng)。截至2023年(nian)底,轉(zhuan)爐(lu)冶(ye)(ye)(ye)煉各大工(gong)序均已完(wan)成自(zi)動(dong)化操作,包(bao)括一鍵煉鋼(gang)(gang)、自(zi)動(dong)出鋼(gang)(gang)、自(zi)動(dong)加(jia)合(he)金(jin)、自(zi)動(dong)倒渣、自(zi)動(dong)濺(jian)渣等子項目的(de)全流程(cheng)攻關,為(wei)全周(zhou)期一鍵冶(ye)(ye)(ye)煉的(de)熱試成功夯實基礎(chu)。


  在(zai)“轉(zhuan)爐(lu)全(quan)周期一(yi)鍵(jian)(jian)精準控制模(mo)型”開(kai)發(fa)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中,馬鋼(gang)運(yun)營改善部牽頭,煉鋼(gang)智能團隊攻堅(jian)克難(nan)(nan)、逐點突(tu)破,在(zai)生產、設備、自動(dong)(dong)化(hua)技(ji)術等(deng)方(fang)面的緊密(mi)配合下(xia),實地解決多項(xiang)技(ji)術難(nan)(nan)題(ti)。整(zheng)個開(kai)發(fa)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中取得了包括轉(zhuan)爐(lu)全(quan)周期一(yi)鍵(jian)(jian)冶煉實時視頻聯(lian)動(dong)(dong)、擋渣錐節流效果(guo)(guo)的AI識別(bie)判定、基于(yu)實時溫(wen)度的鋼(gang)渣精準檢測判定、基于(yu)“云數據(ju)三維建模(mo)+三重(zhong)積分+AI識別(bie)”的定角度自動(dong)(dong)倒渣、自處置自動(dong)(dong)濺渣模(mo)式等(deng)多個技(ji)術成果(guo)(guo),并基于(yu)此申報(bao)多項(xiang)發(fa)明專利。


  全(quan)流程(cheng)(cheng)一鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)冶(ye)煉項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)基于轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)爐(lu)(lu)冶(ye)煉各流程(cheng)(cheng)智(zhi)能控(kong)制(zhi)或一鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)制(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)填平補齊和(he)(he)自(zi)主開發,通過(guo)(guo)構建“全(quan)周(zhou)期(qi)一鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)”模(mo)型(xing)(xing),以智(zhi)能化(hua)手(shou)段實(shi)現(xian)了轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)爐(lu)(lu)從吹煉開始(shi)到氬站處(chu)理(li)結(jie)束(shu)的(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)產過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)全(quan)流程(cheng)(cheng)自(zi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)接、自(zi)執行、自(zi)調整(zheng)的(de)(de)(de)完整(zheng)“一鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)化(hua)”,實(shi)現(xian)了整(zheng)個(ge)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)爐(lu)(lu)生(sheng)產過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)全(quan)周(zhou)期(qi)一鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)制(zhi),最終達到了“過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)穩(wen)定(ding)、終點精準”的(de)(de)(de)現(xian)代化(hua)大(da)(da)型(xing)(xing)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)爐(lu)(lu)冶(ye)煉控(kong)制(zhi)目(mu)(mu)標(biao)。“轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)爐(lu)(lu)全(quan)周(zhou)期(qi)一鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)精準控(kong)制(zhi)模(mo)型(xing)(xing)”通過(guo)(guo)裝(zhuang)備升級,利用大(da)(da)數(shu)據的(de)(de)(de)分析挖(wa)掘(jue)與歷史數(shu)據分析迭代,深度挖(wa)掘(jue)數(shu)據內(nei)部隱藏的(de)(de)(de)變化(hua)因素,提升模(mo)型(xing)(xing)控(kong)制(zhi)水平和(he)(he)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)爐(lu)(lu)檢測能力、監控(kong)精度,最終實(shi)現(xian)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)爐(lu)(lu)全(quan)周(zhou)期(qi)的(de)(de)(de)一鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)精準穩(wen)定(ding)控(kong)制(zhi),使得(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)爐(lu)(lu)工序效率、成本、初(chu)煉鋼(gang)水質(zhi)量等主要經濟技術指標(biao)均得(de)到明(ming)顯(xian)提升。
