不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼管立式穿孔機具有各種不(bu)同(tong)的(de)結構,采用(yong)(yong)何種結構取決(jue)于其不(bu)同(tong)的(de)用(yong)(yong)途。


  若(ruo)用(yong)于實心坯料(liao)穿孔(kong)(kong)的(de)穿孔(kong)(kong)機,通(tong)常具有(you)安(an)裝在同一(yi)(yi)導向裝置上的(de)兩個(ge)活動(dong)橫(heng)(heng)梁(liang),其(qi)中一(yi)(yi)個(ge)橫(heng)(heng)梁(liang)安(an)裝有(you)鐓(dui)粗坯料(liao)用(yong)的(de)鐓(dui)粗桿,也稱為鐓(dui)粗梁(liang);另一(yi)(yi)個(ge)活動(dong)橫(heng)(heng)梁(liang)上安(an)裝有(you)穿孔(kong)(kong)桿,即稱穿孔(kong)(kong)梁(liang)。兩個(ge)橫(heng)(heng)梁(liang)可以同時或者單獨地(di)工作或移(yi)動(dong)。


  若采用擴(kuo)孔工(gong)藝時,沒(mei)有鐓(dui)粗工(gong)序,則可以簡化穿(chuan)孔機的結構,兩個動(dong)梁(liang)并為一個,僅作(zuo)為擴(kuo)孔頭在穿(chuan)孔筒中的對(dui)中,即具有短行程的附(fu)加(jia)動(dong)梁(liang)。


  一般最為常用的不銹鋼管(guan)穿孔機用于分別完成穿孔和擴孔兩個工序。


   穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)機(ji)(ji)按其結(jie)構形式可以分為三類:有(you)一(yi)個固定穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)筒(tong)的(de)穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)機(ji)(ji);有(you)一(yi)個移(yi)動(dong)穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)筒(tong)的(de)穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)機(ji)(ji)和具有(you)多(duo)(duo)工位的(de)旋(xuan)轉或移(yi)動(dong)穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)筒(tong)座(zuo)的(de)多(duo)(duo)穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)筒(tong)形式的(de)穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)機(ji)(ji)。日本的(de)神戶制鋼還(huan)安裝了(le)有(you)3個穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)筒(tong)的(de)多(duo)(duo)穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)筒(tong)結(jie)構的(de)穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)機(ji)(ji)。


  表8-23為(wei)穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)機的能力與擠壓(ya)機能力的匹配情況,表8-24為(wei)國(guo)外(wai)部(bu)分立式穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)機的主(zhu)要技術性(xing)能。

  圖8-27所示為(wei)立式單筒固定式穿孔(kong)機的(de)結構示意圖,此種穿孔(kong)機設(she)備高度高,裝出料間隙時間長,被認為(wei)是一(yi)種陳舊的(de)結構。

  近代(dai)也有采(cai)用4工位雙穿(chuan)(chuan)孔筒移動式(shi)或旋(xuan)轉式(shi)立式(shi)穿(chuan)(chuan)孔機結(jie)構(圖(tu)8-28)。這種結(jie)構的(de)立式(shi)穿(chuan)(chuan)孔機,采(cai)用2個穿(chuan)(chuan)孔筒交替作業,裝出料和(he)穿(chuan)(chuan)孔筒內襯(chen)的(de)清理都在穿(chuan)(chuan)孔中心線之外進行。因此,不僅使穿(chuan)(chuan)孔機的(de)高(gao)度(du)(du)降(jiang)低,同時(shi)降(jiang)低了廠房(fang)設(she)施的(de)高(gao)度(du)(du),而(er)且也提高(gao)了設(she)備(bei)的(de)使用效率(lv)。但(dan)是,隨(sui)之穿(chuan)(chuan)孔筒的(de)快速和(he)精確定位及(ji)固定比較困難(nan),搞得(de)不好會影(ying)響穿(chuan)(chuan)孔后空心坯壁(bi)厚(hou)的(de)精度(du)(du)。


 雙穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)筒(tong)(tong)結構(gou)的穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)機,穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)筒(tong)(tong)具(ju)有4個工(gong)(gong)位(wei),在這些工(gong)(gong)位(wei)上(shang)依次完成以(yi)下工(gong)(gong)序(xu):把穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)坯料裝入穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)筒(tong)(tong),進行坯料的鐓粗和穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong),從(cong)穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)筒(tong)(tong)中(zhong)頂(ding)出空心坯,進行穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)筒(tong)(tong)內襯的清(qing)理(li)。


 美國 Lone Star鋼廠55MN(5500t)臥式(shi)鋼管擠(ji)壓機(ji)相配套(tao)的(de)(de)25MN(2500t)立式(shi)穿孔機(ji)的(de)(de)主要(yao)性能如下(xia):

 穿(chuan)孔機(ji)配(pei)置(zhi)有自動控制系統,可用于(yu):(1)管坯(pi)的鐓粗和(he)穿(chuan)孔;(2)帶預鉆(zhan)孔和(he)錐形輔(fu)助孔坯(pi)料(liao)的擴孔。
